Quick commute to west Edmonton mall. Quiet. Staff went above and beyond and even brought up a microwave to our room to heat our babies bottles in. Staff were always very friendly. Breakfast was very good with many different options.

The free breakfast was amazing, liked having glass coffee mugs and glasses in the room. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and free parking was great.

This hotel would have gotten 5 stars from me if it weren't for the rigidity of their management. The front staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the hot breakfast is great. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shopping and dining. I will give a warning to fellow travellers about this hotel: We booked a 3 night stay, but because of a winter storm that blew in and highway travel advisories, we could not make our first night. I called the hotel but because I had book through Expedia, they wouldn't help me. I called Expedia and they tried their best to either get a refund for the one night or a credit for a future stay. It took days for the hotel to even respond to Expedia and then they would absolutely not work with us regarding that lost night. I've never stayed at a hotel that was so hard lined with customers. Definitely ruined my experience there.
