The staff at this hotel are terrible. After being woke up multiple times by people stomping around and partying above me at 12:30am, my call to the front desk resulted in them offering to give me a different room lol. They didn’t understand that I was the one being inconvenienced as I was sleeping, the last thing I want to do is pack up my room at 12:30am so I can change rooms. Then I finally get back to sleep and get woke up at 7am by more stomping above me. By 8:30am the cleaners started, the checkout time was 12:00pm, this was on a Sunday and I was exhausted. There were 3 cleaning carts and 3 young ladies with a small child cleaning the room directly next to me. The noise they were making was unreal, their child was whimpering and carrying on for at least 30 mins (can you blame him he was about 4 or 5 years old being drug to work with mom). I put up with it for about 40 mins then finally had to say something. They apologized so I would go away, then carried on to make as much noise as before. I called the front desk to ask them to please have their cleaners go to the opposite end of the floor, or anywhere else just not next to my room and was told they had to clean where people have checked out. I asked if they could please go to another room as I didn’t get much sleep because of the party animals upstairs and was told no. I have never been treated with so much disrespect and disregard at a hotel before, they do not care. I will never return, it horrible experience.

Was charged a 25 dollar pet fee .. on checkout they said my dog peeed on a towle and a bath mat . Chargerd me 120 bucks . For a few towles was charged 10 buck for checking in 30 minutes early .. i just drove 3 hours i never knew you can be charged to check in early.. i will never stay rhere again or recommend this hotel .. ive stayed there in the past . Never again

The shuttle service from the airport is consistently not great. The receptionist said it would be 20-25 mins. It took 50 mins to arrive. Happens every time I stay there.

DO BETTER
Not impressed with the service. Didn't clean the room for 3 days i was there even after asking them too. First morning they knocked and i had said be leaving in 30 min then they could come in and clean it, came back that night and wasn't done so called front desk and she said you have to request tobhave it cleaned, wasn't told this the day i checked in, but ok fair enough so i had requested for the next day and still not done, called front desk again and nothing was done and i asked if someone could come clean it now and was told cleaning staff had all left already, then not 30 min later a lady was on that floor cleaning rooms and still wouldn't clean my room. And then the she said she would make sure it got cleaned. No point i was checking out the next morning. And the breakfast is poor, no effort at all. The TV signal was bad and the remote barley would work, it was hit and miss.Wont stay again. DO Better.
