Beautiful hotel! Staff were friendly room was nice. Beautiful pool/hot tub area. I would ask before booking if they have kids hockey teams staying that weekend. Couldn’t go to the pool as it was full of screaming, unsupervised kids. Also running around the halls. The hot water did not work in our shower in our room and the batteries to our remote were dead for our tv.

Overall, our stay was good. We opted to upgrade to a suite for an extra fee, the suite needed some care. The bathroom door was nearly falling out of the wall and wouldn't close properly, there was damage to the counters and furniture. Staff were friendly and it was an excellent location for shopping and food.

Everything I bought our stay was awesome. The Jacuzzi suite was the best very clean shop is very good. Service is good all around. Good I highly recommend.

The market was closed so had to leave the property for Tylenol. Closed for inventory count on a Saturday night. Pool was great, Chop and Denny’s in the building is a serious plus.

Overall very good. Only issue was when I checked in and went to use my credit card it wouldn’t accept my 5 digit password. Said it could only be 4. It was the same password I used the rest of the weekend when in Edmonton and use all the time. Then they weren’t going to accept my debit but did. They were very good and didn’t charge me for Thurs night because I was caught in a storm and couldn’t travel all the way to Edmonton. I did notify them Thurs. I really appreciated that.
