Confirmation of your reservation is considered that you agreed and accepted all house rules.
Please be respectful to the premises and the neighbors. We will do our best to resolve any communicated issues ASAP. Use the platform to contact. Call our phone only for emergencies.
1. ID proof of booking guest is mandatory. Booking only for the number of guests and pets in the booking. Nightly price is dependent on the maximum of either actual number of guests AND the number of guests in the reservation within the cancellation window. Unauthorized individuals will lead to cancellation without refund.
2. Tampering with any cameras, sensors, locks, extinguishers will lead to cancelation without refund.
3. You accept responsibility for safety, actions and liability of all guests, supervision of accompanying children & pets and their following house rules.
4. No parties, smoking/vaping, marijuana/drugs, weapons. Additional charges $500+ will be adjudged. Smoking only permitted on the front verandah while adhering to the quiet times as listed below.
5. No vehicles, people and pets creating noise or light beams between between 10pm in the night and 7am in the morning. Reservation may be cancelled if this is happening beyond late check-in.
6. No conducting a business on the premises. Remote work is fine.
7. If optional physical key is provided, place it back in the lockbox. Losing it will incur a $250 charge.
8. Commercial vehicles are not permitted.
9. No moving around of the furniture, furnishings, or sticking/nailing anything.
10. Repairing any of your damages is your responsibility or repair/replacement charge will be added.
11. We are in no ways responsible for any accidents, injuries or damages to the building or your possessions that may occur during your stay. We recommend purchasing travel insurance from third parties.
12. Indoor garbage bins are provided with bags in the kitchen and the bathrooms. If they are filled, please drop the tied bags into the large black bin in the garage.
13. Food and organic waste and oils must not be thrown into kitchen sink but collected in the small green bin provided in the kitchen. Once full, please empty that into the large green bin in the garage.
14. Bottles/packages containing drinkable liquids to be placed in the big blue bin in garage.
15. For any health and safety concern or an emergency, we are authorized to enter the property.
16. Unapproved check-out past 10 AM will incur a $50 charge and past 12 PM will incur a full day charge. This does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
17. Please close and lock all windows and doors, close all lights, switch off large appliances and disconnect small appliances when you leave the property.
18. Additional cleaning charges may be assessed if the house is left unusually messy and unorderly.
19. This is a "No Pets" property. A penalty of $500 per pet will be adjudged for any animals on premises whether staying or visiting.
