Love the hotel. Great place for an affordable option. Bedroom and living room are separate. And bathroom is very clean. 2 mins walk to the brown cafe. Super communicative. I enjoyed the stay.

Had a three night stay in late October 2024. It's a nice enough apartment with clean bedding and towels. The host was responsive to issues with hot water, which was fixed in short order. A couple of things to consider: 1. There was quite a large gap between the floor and the door sweep of the front door (we stayed in apartment 2) which wasn't much of a problem in the springtime but might be an issue with creepy crawlies in the summer. 2. It was fairly noisy during our stay with work occurring in the mornings on the driveway and the walls are thin between rooms. 3. Condition property could use some work and updating. The bathroom fixtures are older and could use a deep cleaning, particularly in the shower. The shelf for storing your toiletries in the shower wasn't level so it was a minor annoyance to have to catch things from slipping off. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Great spot, everything you need
This is a really comfortable place to stay - very central (5 min walk to the Main Street, and <5 minutes to the lake). There’s a small store on the corner, and a coffee shop on the same block. Really clean, and everything you need for a few days.

Los Guindos es un 10/10. Muy cómodo y agradable. El silencio es perfecto para descansar, tiene lavarropa, están pendientes a cualquiet cosa. Se puede ir caminando al centro en menos de 20 minutos, pero debes saber que estarás acompañado de perros durante la ruta.

El lugar estaba muy bien, a unos 15min caminando del centro. Nos recibieron bien, los apartamentos limpios, un poco después de la hora de check-in. Fue sencillo de encontrar. Lo único malo, es que parece ser que unos apartamentos están renovados y otros no, por lo que las fotos no eran lo que nosotros encontramos. Sin embargo estuvieron bien

Estava tudo limpo… toalhas cheirosas e shampoo e condicionador . Havia pouca opção de pote para guardar mantimentos… tive dúvidas em relação ao apto que ficaria já que todas as fotos de todas as unidades que aluga estão juntas.
