This charming modern farmhouse style home is the perfect place for your next stay. Situated in the country but minutes from the local major highways, you will have the best of both worlds- close to nearby attractions/secluded enough to unwind and enjoy the privacy this home has to offer. Whether you are just visiting the area, vacationing at Hershey Park, attending a wedding at one of our many local venues like The Star Barn or Moonstone Manor, we look forward to hosting you!

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
***Guests booking through Airbnb are screened and protected through Airbnb and will not complete additional independent screening, but will still be asked to sign our rental agreement.

The max occupancy is 6 guests. Daytime visitors are welcome, but must not stay overnight. There is a $200 per person penalty charge for overnight guests over the max occupancy.

Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. Parking in the grass or the garage is prohibited.

There is a surveillance camera on the exterior of the garage facing the driveway for security reasons only and to ensure guest safety.

HOUSE RULES:
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will incur penalty charges.
- No pets.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm-7 am. We must be respectful of our neighbors.
- The horses are not on our property. Trespassing onto the neighbor's property to pet or feed their horses is strictly prohibited.
We will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed.
The home is located in the country and the backyard area faces the woods, making the outdoor space very private. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet.
