The hotel was undergoing a renovation so cannot give a complete review on the hotel conditions as it was being worked on the only negative that we can say is that the water pressure was horrible and you could barely rinse the soap off your body other than that the hotel was excellent

The staff was friendly and the hours for breakfast were good (we need an early breakfast before heading out to an event). We were up at 6 and looking for an attendant at the front desk and had a hard time finding one. Also, when I turned on the sink in the morning, the pipe under the counter fell off and the water ran onto the bathroom floor.

Comfy room for a good price

Very clean, comfortable hotel for my little boy and I. I felt safe and secure. Convenient to major roads. Would have given five stars but the water pressure was low, and I love a good shower. Otherwise, I would stay again.

I booked the reservation in February (5 months before our stay). We checked in and were given a room on the main floor. At the time, we did not know the kitchen was directly adjacent to our room. We found out at 4:30 the next morning when we heard the food being prepared and carts of food being wheeled around. The hotel is currently being remodeled, which is a good thing. Our room, while clean, had peeling paint and patches on the ceiling. After being woken up the second morning at 4:30 by the staff preparing breakfast, we asked to have our room changed. After some back and forth, we were given a room on the third floor. This new room was clean and looked to have been newly remodeled. My advice is to not give a room in need of repair, in a noisy area, to a customer that booked several months in advance. Either leave that room vacant, or leave it for a last minute walk-in that just needs a room. Overall, I would stay here again. I would just request a room on the third or fourth floor so I could actually get some rest. By the way, the breakfast was very good.

Worst ever hotel!

Worst ever! Water pressure was awful, the furniture ruined down, dirty and dusty hotel. A construction/renovation was in progress in front our room in the first floor. The room should not be rented out in this condition! Very disappointed! This is unacceptable!

The breakfast on Monday, May 27, 2024 left a lot to be desired. No eggs; limited availability of all breakfast foods. The garbage cans were so overloaded by 8:00 am it was next to impossible to put any debris in them. Was extremely displeased compared to prior stays there with breakfast. Also, the tables in the dining area were dirty. No one was cleaning them up.

Was suppose to have continental breakfast. Went into kitchenette area, it was closed with some woman making sandwiches i think. At the front desk were brown bagswith an apple, orange, a muffin, and a small danish. No juices, coffee, tea, cereal, milk. Dont advertise continental breakfast if it is not true. Also, no garbage can in the room. He had to pile our wrsppers and empties kn the dresser. I dont live yhat way.
