ENTERTAINMENT:
You and your guests will love relaxing in the large, comfortable great room appointed with a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace, huge flat screen TV, and soaring 25’ vaulted ceilings. The elegant granite and stainless kitchen is fully stocked for you to make fantastic in home meals. The custom built dining table seats 12 comfortably with additional seating for 6 at the huge kitchen bar.

BEDROOMS:
* The 1st main floor master bedroom features a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with a soaking tub, dual sinks and walk-in shower.
* The 2nd main floor master bedroom has a king bed and a private en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo.
* The 3rd main floor guest bedrooms features a king bed and is supported by a guest bath with a walk-in shower right outside the hallway.
* 1st upper floor bedroom features a king bed, a queen hide-a-bed and a private bath with a shower/tub combo.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a connecting bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
*The 4th upper floor bedroom is a bunk room that features a queen/queen bunk and a full/full bunk. It also functions as a comfortable TV lounge with a massive flat screen TV w/Dish, DVD and surround sound. It also features a wet bar with a microwave.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

Family getaway
The home is absolutely stunning in a great location. We had no issues, there was a breaker that was tripped when we first arrived which made the wifi unavailable but we figured it right away. The house had everything you could possibly need for a family gathering.

Beautiful house with great location!
This is a very nice house that fit our friends and family very well. It has a great layout and plenty of amenities. It even had a Christmas tree for the holidays! There were only a few small things that could be a little better, like the sound system in the living room didn’t sound good and there were just barely enough towels for such a large house. But overall, it was a great house that we would absolutely stay in again!

NO FUE LO QUE SE ESPWRABA EN TOTALIDAD.
- El congelador no hizo hielo y no congelo. -Los botes de basura deverian ser más grandes, independientemente de los dias ya que la basura se acumula y las bolsas blancas no son suficientes. -Algunas de las camas estaban sucias con cabellos (del segundo piso); Por higiene deben de limpiar todas las recamaras por cada renta que tengan. -Lavar las toallas no es parte de un descanso de vacaciones. -El Jacuzzi no calento. -El asador estaba sucio.

Christmas at the Chalet
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Chalet over Christmas. The house was very comfortable and roomy and served all our needs very well. We are already talking about staying there next year A few minor (nitpicky) issues: 1) Not enough wine glasses-only 2 champagne flutes and 5-6 wine glasses. 2)Bonus rom is cold. Could use a space heater. 3) instructions for the TV are confusing-we never were able to figure out how to play a DVD

Love the location and the house! Plenty of room for a good sized group. Has everything we need. Only thing that could be better is a true smart TV so we can watch the Mariners games. Next time we will bring a Roku or something.

Family New Years at Suncadia Chalet
We are a family of 6 adults and 6 children ages 1,2,3,5,6 and 7.This house was just perfect for us. The adults and older children really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The kitchen great room was a perfect family hang out. We really enjoyed the sledding and ice skating and palying in the snow. We had a very wonderful, memorable time and I highly recommend going through All Seasons Vacation Rentals to arrange your stay.

We came and stayed and we’re pleasantly surprised by a beautiful snowfall. The home is spacious with plenty of common spaces for lounging. Location is very close to Cle Elum and the wine tasting shop.

Spacious Swanky Suncadia - Mind Your Ps & Qs!
This is a great home that accommodated our family of 19 ages 16 to 80. We especially liked the large table off the kitchen which was perfect for playing games. The game room was a hit and there were many family competitions in ping ping and pool. The bedrooms were set up well and it was nice that most of the adult couples had a king bed. The hot tub was not working upon our arrival, but was fixed soon after and the management company communicated the problem and expected repair before we arrived. The kitchen could use reorganization; it is stocked well, but there is something in every drawer and cupboard (including pantry) so there is no room to put your own groceries or supplies. While we enjoyed our stay, we felt that there was a negative vibe. There are notices posted everywhere, including many about things one cannot do. The one about noise and reporting your neighbors 24/7 was rather disconcerting. I think most of the rules and instructions posted around the house could be listed in the property book that accompanies the welcome letter and that would be sufficient. We were constantly worrying about getting a fine for breaking some rule instead of focusing on why we were gathered there in the first place (an 80th birthday!) While I appreciated the management company calling me to notify us some of our autos were not following the rule about being completely on the driveway asphalt (a couple vehicles were off by less than an inch and slightly on the adjoining gravel,) we all felt it was very petty. Apparently, it is one of Suncadia’s many rules and not the management company’s. It also made us feel a little like we were being watched (I was told a housekeeper in the neighborhood reported it.) For the rental fee we paid, we expected to have nice amenities, such as great shampoo/conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Instead, we were provided awful, cheap things that you would find in a 2-star motel. As others noted in their reviews, be aware the resort athletic center/pool is not included. All in all, we liked the home and we enjoyed our family celebration. And while the home was lovely and comfortable, our family agreed we most likely would choose a different location for future gatherings as Suncadia seems intent on putting restrictions on just about everything and there should be more “swanky” amenities for the price of the rental.

Amazing home for family gathering!
This home was absolutely perfect for our large (9 adults, 7 kids) family gathering. Beautifully appointed, comfortable, and amazingly well-stocked kitchen. We were all able to spread out, relax, cook together, and create wonderful family memories in this beautiful family home and location. The hot tub and gas fire-pit were a plus, as well! We are looking forward to returning next year!! Highly recommend.

We had a family reunion and rented 3 houses near each other. This house is beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed. There are lots of activities to do nearby, but understand that you cannot use the resort pools with this house rental.

50th Anniversary Family Retreat
This was the perfect home and perfect location to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Lots of beds and lots of activities for 8 adults and 11 grandchildren. The hot tub and game room were highlights. The kitchen had plenty of room to move and prepare meals and lots of indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy them. Really peaceful surroundings. Great stay.

Lovely getaway for our two families!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is spacious, comfortable and the kids loved the added bonus of the hot tub, especially with not having access to the Suncadia pool. The park is walking distance and there are plenty of trails to bike and walk around the area. Overall, a great place to get together with a close group of family or friends!
