Nice mountain getaway
This house is prettier in person, I don’t think the pictures online quite do it justice. Perfect for six people, we really enjoyed our stay. Pros: clean enough, comfortable, quiet. Even though it’s in a community, the houses are spread far enough apart that it still feels private. Roads were windy and the driveway was quite steep, but do-able even for us Florida folk. Loved the back porch, gas fireplace, hot tub, and fire pit. Cooked a yummy Thanksgiving meal and enjoyed playing cornhole after. Beautiful stargazing on a cold, clear, night! Cons: on VRBO the address is listed as Lemmon Lane, but Lemmon DRIVE is actually correct. Use Google maps, not Apple maps!!! Google will take you to the right address now matter whether you use Lane or Drive, but Apple will take you to the WRONG place if you put in Lane. This inconsistency led to part of our party getting quite lost.The house could have been better stocked with essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning supplies — we had to go buy our own. The property is maintained by a management company, and although they were very good about communicating and sending check in/check out info, when I reached out with specific questions I received general answers from different people each time. Just felt a little impersonal and concerning if a pressing issue should arise. Overall, pros outweighed the cons and we did have a good time.

Such a perfect cabin for a quick mountain getaway! Very clean and well stocked. Extra steep driveway, and be careful to put in the correct address into GPS since we couldn’t find it for while. Directions were sent to Lemmon dr and I’m the cabin is on Lemmon lane.

Beautiful cabin
This cabin was beautiful. The view from the hot tub was great & the beds were super comfy. It is maybe 10 mins from being near downtown. We did have just a minor set back with the ac but we was able to get that fixed with great communication😀 overall would definitely stay here again

About our stay at Lemmon Dr in elljay GA
We begged for air code so we could adjust since owner has it locked, but was never received. Due to this 3 of our party of 6 was not feeling well most of the trip. Also banged my toe on a nail sticking out of wood on second step from bottom going to level on. Not a biggie for most but it is for a diabetic :(. Really wanted this to be a new spot we travel alot hopefully you all can win us over because at this time we aren't happy.

Great but if I were the owner I would want to know
Inside property was clean to perfection. Few minor things to note. We did spend hours killing fruit flies upon arrival and for days after. Outside had bird poop on chairs and balcony and everywhere that you would normally enjoy. We would have really liked to have an access card to get into and out of the neighborhood instead of getting into the entrance each time through verbal communication with a security guard. At one point we were denied entrance until we sought out a supervisor. Major pain to go through that. Awesome overall. Thank you for the great stay!

Last minute anniversary getaway
We rented a cabin for my family to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, our trip was canceled due to a burst pipe two days before our arrival. We found ourselves scrambling through Vrbo listings looking for a last minute booking. I reserved Fox Hollow less than 24 hours before our expected arrival, and the staff at Vacasa provided all of the info we needed to check in on time. They even texted me during our stay to see if we needed anything. The cabin was perfect for my family of four, and there was more than enough room. The kitchen is very well equipped with pots/pans and utensils. There are several movies and puzzles provided, along with a foosball table and nice big hot tub. The deck is furnished with a large table and chairs for outside dining, and there are several chairs for lounging and enjoying the great weather. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property to any family or group who is looking for a 2/3 bedroom cabin in the Ellijay area for up to 6 guests.

Nice long getaway weekend
We were not told there was a code to get into the gate is there was no attendant. By the way there was never an attendant at this entrance but Property Management was able to provide us with a code to use. We had issues with the lockbox it was a little difficult to get into. Also the hot tub wouldn't heat up we had to call and get assistance with that otherwise it was a great trip.

Clean, Nice Hot Tub yet Uncomfortable
The home was very clean. We loved the hot tub (must be heated for hours for use). Very secluded and private. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable, especially the Master bed. The couch and chairs are worn and you often feel like you are sinking. Avoid if you have back issues! The home is a good size and well stocked but does not have a frying pan. We loved the tranquility of the surroundings and games in the basement. We liked the house overall but wouldn’t stay there again due to the condition of the furniture.

Vacasa lack of follow through on communication and the treatment from Coosawatee gate staff was unacceptable Every day our gate code did not work and each time we were delayed. The day of check out the gate had us checking out 9/1 and my reservation was through 9/4 I was ordered out of the line to enter the gate and actually “ threatened “ if I did not remove my car from gate I waited 30 mins on hold with Vacasa to obtain entry which delayed us from meeting our transportation to return home . Even though the home was very nice I would never use Vacasa rentals or stay in Coosawatee Resort again

Nice vacation and family time
My family enjoyed the cabin with the exception of the beds. My 12 year old twins had the two tiny beds in the loft that are on bed lights making them wobbly. The master king was completely uncomfortable that my fiancé and I switched to the downstairs queen and my teen daughter went upstairs. Then she decided the futon was better then the bed. Other then the bed the place was great!!

Lack of communication
The cabin was great but renting from Vacasa was not a great experience. Having to check out at 10:00 am is too early. We wanted to try and get a late check out but communication from Vacasa was difficult. Changing property managers and this would be a 5 star stay!

Great stay!
This property was just as pictured! Very clean and stocked. The driveway was the only drawback for us. It is paved but VERY steep. I wouldn’t recommend if there is a chance of snow/ice. We only had one truck (it was tight but we made it work), would be hard with more/bigger vehicles.

Not what it seems to be, nice cabin.
The cabin was nice, charming, large and clean and in a good location. But...….. Security gate problem, dishwasher didn't work, gas fireplace was difficult to start, gas grill did not work, T.V's in the bedrooms were not hooked up, did not have an amenities card in the unit, and no darts for the dart board. It was a nice cabin but nothing worked. Would not recommend to anyone.

Arrived by 1:30 found cabin temperature 55 turned on heat fireplace wouldn’t light, tv wouldn’t work. Called and let manager know. Called a second time manager said she come by and suggested we go run errands do anything we needed and she take care of it so went shopping got back found nothing done. Called again now close to 4 she came by unable to fix no apologies just it worked earlier had to contact owner be right back. After 45 min called again another lady came by now 7:30 managed to get working. Day wasted for us. Bed downstairs uncomfortable so decided to try hot tub it didn’t get hot. Found grill down on last level so not close to kitchen and grill wasn’t clean. Wanted to leave but to tired. Bed upstairs very nice but the slats rolled up and mattress fell on left side: In living room husband set feet on ottoman and leg came off. Pros kitchen has everything you need to cook. My husband was recovering from surgery and this was so stressful. Management needs customer service classes. Management said cabin was new contract so bugs to work out however they did give us 75 credit I thought first night credit at least but it was not honored.

Quiet and restful.
The kitchen could use a little help in the pots and pans department. It made cooking for a party challenging. Management was FANTASTIC in their response to an unhappy fire alarm. They were fast and kept asking if there was anything else they could do to make our settling in better. Bed was comfy and the wedding/reunion was a great success
