This is only a daily rental for our wedding and event venue up to 150 maximum persons, this stunning venue sits lakeside to a private 15 acre lake it also has a 1/2 acre professionally maintained stocked pond for great Catch and release fishing with trophy size bass! A grooms cottage and bridal suite this property is the perfect combination of family, rural but sophisticated, farming pastures around and family owned and operated! Our venue is located 8 miles to the Ellijay, Ga square and 20’minutes to the beautiful Blue Ridge, Ga. We are located in the heart of wine country with multiple vineyards within 5 miles and 1.5 hours from Atlanta, Ga and South of Chattanooga, TN!
