Tämä huoneisto on saanut hyvää palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Flatwaters Paddling. Easy check in, views of ocean and sound were misleading, not a good view at all, stairs were a little hard to climb for 4 older ladies, shower head in hall bathroom kept falling apart,dryer not working good, took 3 runs to get clothes dry

The 2nd floor condo is offset from the building in front so you have a nice view of the ocean from the balcony. The condo is spacious, the layout is open and it gives you plenty of room. Two bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with two single beds. It’s an easy walk along a boardwalk path to the beach and you also have access to a pool shared among 7 or so buildings. One note, there is no hot tub even though it says that on the listing. Belinda is very responsive and helped us through a water issue external from the building that shut our water supply off. She helped get that fixed and all was ok within a day. Overall the location is good, the condo is nice and Belinda is a helpful host. I would recommend staying here.

Clean and convenient!
We loved staying here with our two small children. Beach access was so convenient and the condo was clean and well stocked. It’s also 15 minutes from the aquarium that we utilized on a rainy day. Thank you!

Sisters and mom have been staying here for the past 3 years and this place always meets our expectations!! Fully equipped with everything you need and more. Just one small thing that needs to be addressed, the shower has mildew and soap scum. This will not affect us from coming back, we are already booked for next year.

Emerald Island Vacation
This was our first time at Emerald Island and the beach and town were wonderful. The condo was lovely and so close to the beach. You really go out of your way to make the experience really nice for guest. The kids loved the treats, fridge magnets, and sand toys to use. We had a wonderful Anniversary; thank you for the basket and note. I brought a lot of books on the trip to read, but we read a couple of yours while there as well. You have a very nice collection. We hope to be back to the Emerald Island again sometime soon. Thanks again

Wonderful Stay!
Great condo and area! Just a two minute walk to the beach. We stayed the last week of July and the beach wasn’t crowded. Great space for families and kids. Belinda, the host, thought of everything - laundry detergent, charcoal for the grill, a plethora of cooking spices, plenty of towels and kids sand toys for the beach, and some extra welcoming gifts - just to name a few. We had a couple of questions during our stay. Upon reaching out, she got back to us very quickly. You can hear the ocean waves and get a nice breeze sitting on the back porch. Although there are other condo buildings to your right and left, you still get a good view of the ocean. Definitely worth the money! Would stay there again next year if our dates weren’t already taken.

Loved it
We are a family of 4 and stayed at the property. It was very spacious feeling and clean. Front staircase is less steep than the back. Beach access is an easy walk with a few stairs. Unit is close to the pool. Belinda was friendly and very helpful. We would stay there again hands down. The only thing we weren’t in love with was the main tv only worked for Netflix ( no Disney plus with littles is a big deal lol ) and the removable shower heads mount in both showers Didn’t hold the shower head so it was hard to control where the water was going Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We love Emerald Isle and visit often. This condo was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed… and more… for our family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Would definitely recommend. Belinda is very communicative and quick to respond to inquiries.

Welcoming condo at Pier Pointe
We have stayed multiple times at Pier Pointe. This particular condo unit was in Pier Pointe West, adjacent to the older condo's. The unit was clean, nicely appointed, and the owner included many thoughtful touches, such as coffee, spices, and plenty of clean kitchen towels. We very much appreciated she had decorated it for Thanksgiving for our stay, including a platter that made it easy to serve the turkey! One of the best features of the condo was how quiet it was--perhaps they improved the sound insulation from Pier Pointe to Pier Pointe West, the condo was quieter than any one we've stayed in. Very peaceful. Checking in and out was quite easy and we appreciated the 11 AM check out time as it is always hard to get out the door by 9 AM as some rental agencies require. The condo numbers do not appear on the front of the condo (they're on the back deck pillars). This was confusing when arriving in the rain, so keep in mind that looking at the front of the condo, A is the unit to the left, B is the unit to the right. We just guessed and hoped we didn't have a resident thinking we were trying to break in!
