Lomavuokraus kotiin Englewood / South Venice, Florida. Talo on kirjaimellisesti lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Se valmistui helmikuussa 2015, ja se on tilava ja moderni, ja siinä on oma uima-allas.

On 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2 täyttä kylpyammeet. Den on sisustettu vuodesohvalla (kuningatar) ja sitä voidaan tarvittaessa muuttaa viidentenä makuuhuoneena. Huoneeseen liitetty makuuhuone voidaan käyttää lastentarhana (huoneessa on omat ikkunansa), se on varustettu kahdella vuoteella ja pinnasängyllä.

Talo on kalustettu ja täysin varustettu keittiö.
Tämä huvila sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lemon Bay. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan. Huvilassa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Perfect for families with kids!
Our 2 sons and their families loved, loved, loved this property. The room set ups, 2 bathrooms we nice, nice kitchen, and laundry. So close to the beach with lots of sharks teeth but no sharks great response from host when we had questions.

Overall great house
The front door lock stopped working after 3 days. The toilet seat is loose and we were left with 2 rolls of toilet paper and no laundry detergent. Its the perfect distance from the beach, which was beautiful. Overall we had a great time and would love to stay again.

An okay stay
The house was nice and in a good location. The guest bed was not comfortable at all. I was so disappointed in the fact that the swimming pool was not warm enough. I only got in one time and couldn't force myself to get in again.

Excellent place to stay with 10 people!
My daughter and her family stayed at this home. It was perfect for them as far as sleeping, swimming and so close to the beach. We had the Whole family (17) for supper every night and it worked out very well. There was plenty of room for all.

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay!
We had a wonderful stay here. Convenient location with just a short walk to the beach, had umbrella, beach chairs and shark tooth sifters. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of space for 6 of us. Was really easy to get in touch with property owner for a few bumps we hit early on in trip that were immediately taken care of. Our recommendation would be to get updated kitchen pots and pans and would suggest a pool handlebar to get in and out of pool more easily as it was difficult for my mom who has some leg issues. The WiFi name and password also needs updated in VRBO. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return sometime in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful house within walking distance to the beach
This is a beautiful and spacious house. Less than a half mile to the beach, so we walked each time. This gave us the opportunity to see a lot of wildlife along the intercostal. The house had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again.

AWESOME DOES’NT BEGIN TO DESCRIBE!
We just had the most unforgettable family vacation and this house was a big part of it. The layout of the house was spectacular for our family and the walk to the beach bridge is literally two doors down! Only to be complemented by the heated pool in the backyard! Very close to the best homemade ice cream parlor and Publix grocery store! There was no way to not relax and rejuvenate - everything was at our fingertips. Heidi and Art were very accommodating and responsive hosts. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us…

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe
Das Haus ist ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zu Strand ist super, kostenlose Parkplätze am Strandzugang sind ein Bonus. Es ist 10 Minuten vom Supermarkt entfernt. Der Besitzer war sehr bemüht und kam sofort, als wir uns über den kalten Pool beschwerten und behob das Problem. Englewood ist perfekt für erholungssuchende Naturliebhaber. Für Kultur, Museen, Shopping etwas abgelegen.

The house was very clean. The only reasons it gets 4/5 stars are the water wouldn’t drain that well due to a partially clogged sink and there were a couple dim light bulbs in the master bathroom. Also the tub in the other bathroom would not drain that well due to partial clogging.

Excellent house for family and friends
We rented the house for almost two weeks in July. We were a group of nine, and the layout of the house worked out very well for us. It is a split floor plan, with a master bedroom and bath on one side. There is a "nook" with a bed within the master, wich would be good for a baby or smaller child. We just used this room as a closet. The other side of the house has three bedrooms and one bathroom. One room with two single beds, one queen, and one with three singles (one is a pull-out). This makes the house very flexible for larger groups. The outdoor and pool area was excellent, with a screen preventing bugs and debris from coming in. In the garage there are many beach-chairs, and some other equipment. I guess this varies a bit over time, as guests leave stuff and other things wear out. Very nice to find, anyhow. Kitchen is very well stocked, with an additional small fridge in the garage. Only thing we missed was a bigger pot when cooking pasta for nine :-) Washer and dryer was also great to have, when staying for a longer time. The location is excellent for a relaxing vacation. You can walk to the beach in five mins. To grocery-shopping and restaurants there is a 7-8 mins drive. There is also a small but pretty natural preserve under five minutes drive from the house, we had many early evening strolls through the Manasota Scrub, and got to see many small animals, like turtles. We did not have any issues during our stay, and can absolutely recommend this house to others!
