Good value and convenient location
Near to the station, so easy access to a lot of nearby cities. Modern room and clean shower room. Breakfast was worth the additional fee and the staff were very welcoming.

Good hotel not far from station
Clean and efficient, a 5 minute walk from main station and 10 minutes from main shopping area/city centre. A standard business hotel with friendly staff and good value for money.

Really friendly, helpful staff, comfortable and sizeable room. Breakfast buffet was excellent for an additional, reasonable, fee. Close to train station and the opera house, was very happy to stay here.

Die Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen; es war halt laut - zu den Straßen hin - und sehr warm im Zimmer. Noch eine Frage und Bitte: Evtl. habe ich beim Abholen meines Koffers am 4.09. gegen 15.50 Uhr im Eingangsbereich des Hotels meinen Schirm (brauner Holzgriff, grüne bunte Waldbespannung mit NRW-Logo stehen/liegen lassen?? Super nettes Personal (Chef, da kannste mal was spendieren), Frühstücken für nen kleinen Schein super und das ganze Hotel sauber. Die Umgebung war nicht ganz so, aber super dicht am Bahnhof. Parkplatz direkt gegenüber dem Hotel, was will man mehr.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt im Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Das Einzelzimmer ist kein Tanzsaal und ziemlich klein, aber absolut ausreichend zum Übernachten. Sehr sauberes Bett und Bad.

Süßes kleines Zimmer, sauber, alles da, was man braucht. Die Dame morgens an der Rezeption schien etwas genervt oder schlecht gelaunt, der Herr abends hingegen war super freundlich und man hat noch kurz gequatscht. Die Dame beim Frühstück war sehr aufmerksam und brachte mir ein Glas Wasser, als ich anfing zu husten. Der Standort ist sehr zentral, aber trotzdem gibt es Parkplätze. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hin fahren.

Nur Likes: nicht luxuriös, sondern guter 3-Sterne-Standard: praktisch, schlicht, völlig in Ordnung (mit den Vorhängen konnte man das Zimmer gut verdunkeln, und an allen Stellen, an denen ich Licht brauchte, gab es Licht - nicht mal in teuren Hotels verlässlicher Standard). - Aber was wirklich phänomenal war: Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Damen und des Herren, die ich im Empfang erlebt habe; noch nie, auch in Luxushotels so toll erlebt wie in den vergangenen Tagen im Kempe New Work.
