Building is old and in very poor condition. Needs a full renovation. Room was dirty with accumulated dust over most surfaces.

O hotel tem boa localização, a limpeza é de dar pena. O hotel é muito velho, precisa de reformas urgente. Bastante barulhento o elevador parece uma bomba. O cobertor cheirava mal, o chuveiro completamente oxidado..,,. Uma pena pois tem ótima localização. Os funcionários são bem simpáticos e agradáveis.

Vivendo e descobrindo.

Foi tudo muito rápido, cheguei após meia noite na cidade de Esteio sem jantar, e todos os restaurantes estavam fechados. Tive ir para Sapucaia ,onde a situação era a mesma, mas consegui com muito favor lanchar uma pizza na corrida pois já estavam fechando. Voltei para o hotel e foi puro prazer e descanso até o café ás 9:00, muito gostoso. Colaboradores eficientes e gentis.

Estadia durante 6 dias

O pessoal do hotel foi bastante atencioso durante a nossa estadia. A reserva foi obedecida, mas por problemas administrativos o controle é feito em outra unidade, o que pode causar problemas ao hospede, caso o hotel esteja totalmente ocupado. A recomendação é confirmar a reserva antes. Nesse aspecto não senti segurança na operação do hotel. Recomendo o hotel para fins profissionais, já que o entorno não possui infraestrutura de apoio ao hospede, bem como se trata de área com problemas de segurança. Recomendo o hotel mas observando essas restrições.

Hotel Péssimo

Hóspedes muito barulhentos, falta de limpeza, entorno pésssimo. Experiência a não repetir. Não recomendo!
