Fair; 2-3 stars
Pros: Very polite and friendly staff, clean outdoors, convenient location, good parking, good breakfast, pleasant room temperature. Cons: Had to ask for a room change due to scratched walls, stained bedding, and furniture in poor condition. The second room was even worse... Overall: Cannot demand much for a 2-3 star hotel. Fair price for an overnight stay.

Drawers inside were dirty, bath tub was worn, broken and dirty, toilet was broken, patched and dirty, carpet was dirty, sofa arms were dirty, TV remote control low on battery. The room appeared ok at first glance when it’s dark at night but after check in when you used the amenities, the details and hidden parts were dirty, scratched or torn. Expensive price for the condition.

For some reason they gave us a disabled room which we didn’t request and it had no counter space at all which made it inconvenient. Overall the hotel was very nice.

Comfort Inn was not our first choice, our first choice was La Quinta Inn, but we had a serious problem with the La Quinta Hotel in Deerfield Beach, West Palm Beach, where they forcefully evicted us with an underage girl at night for telling the manager that the bathroom was dirty and that we were not happy with it. But we arrived at the Comfort Inn in Lantana, West Palm Beach, and it was a completely different thing, clean facilities, very friendly staff, excellent parking, perfect location, suddenly just one observation, the breakfast place is very small, we did not find a table for 2 days. But in general, it was superior to our first terrible option.
