Property was under construction,but renovations are really done well,rooms clean and updated. Pool was clean .but was to cold to enjoy😩Will definitely go back .

The staff is attentive and courteous. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. A desk is provided with a comfortable chair and multiple 120v and USB power outlets. Also, there is a Tiki bar onsite, and being from the West, it is convenient after my zoom meeting to go down and catch those late games.

Nice stay
Older hotel. Very clean and nicely redone room. We missed seeing the sign to the lobby so drove around but finally found it(by the bar and pool. Only negative(not hotel’s fault) is that location is directly in flight path for SRQ so noise level was raised off and on + $150 hold on credit card(thought was excessive for a 1 night prepaid stay).

Live roaches found roaming inside fridge
We encountered several live roaches in the fridge in our earlier lunch meal taken to be eaten for diner that same day. We asked to be moved to another room since it was very late for us to venture and look for another hotel in a city we don’t know. We didn’t sleep much with lights on all night and encountering one small roach on our night table between the beds. I’m not sure if we brought it over from the other room or maybe we were encroaching in their space since the new room was right next door. Never ever will I stay at that hotel although Hotels had a 8.6 rating on their website. This leads me to believe and have many questions if Hotels.com truly vet the facilities they host. I will be requesting for a full refund or partial as I didn’t have any shut eyes of fear to have something crawling on my daughter or me for that matter.
