Excellent Hotel in Santa Barbara
Excellent hotel. Walking distance from Amtrak train station. Just an easy 10 min walk. Hotel suite room was updated, comfortable bed, spotless. Friendly staff. Free continental breakfast in lobby. Perfect location and easy to walk to all attractions. Highly recommend and we would stay there again.

I plan on coming back to this place as much as possible. Staff was impeccable. The room is beautiful and clean. Located in a quiet area within walking distance to the strip.

I stayed only for a night The sheets, towels were new and the room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and respectful. If I visit SB, I would prefer to stay at this place again.

Nice remodel.
The remodel turned out very nice. It needs some art on the walls though so it doesn't feel so sterile. TV was impossible to figure out to just watch local network news. Wish hotels had more hooks to hang jackets. No full length mirror was a disappointment

Very nice property with a short walk to the harbor,warf and restaurants. Every aspect of the stay was excellent. They really showed care for the guest. Breakfast west really good and they have a very affordable food and snack store with gifts.

Our stay was mostly pleasant. When we checked in, we were given a room with a full bed even though we booked a queen. We were told the bed was a queen size bed but it definitely was not, since we have one at home. The first staff member didn’t help us with the issue but the second did and moved our room to another with the proper sized bed. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except my boyfriend is very tall so it would have been uncomfortable sleeping in a small bed all weekend! After our room was moved, the stay was great except for a whistling sound shower that seemed to get worse throughout the stay, but ended up bearable do we didn’t say anything to staff. Overall great location and facilities! Free parking is a plus and it’s very walkable.
