Hotel seemed to be of recent construction. Rooms were compact, but acceptable. Everything was impeccably clean. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’hôtel a été entièrement rénové. La literie est très confortable et la salle de bain superbe. Le personnel est très accueillant.

Attention ! Pas de chiens admis ...
A notre arrivée, bien que j'ai envoyé un message pour prévenir que nous serions accompagnés de 2 petits chiens, on nous explique que les chiens sont interdits. Ils disent ne pas avoir reçu notre mail. Nous sommes ennuyés, il fait très chaud et il est près de 21h30. Cependant, nous sommes prêts à quitter l'hôtel contre remboursement. On nous explique que ce n'est pas possible. Gentiment, la réceptionniste téléphone à la responsable qui consent à nous laisser monter avec nos chiens. Pour cela, un grand merci. La chambre n'était pas aussi spacieuse que nous le pensions. La chaleur y était étouffante car aucun des rideaux occultants n' avait été tiré. Nous avons tout ouvert mais la chaleur restait importante pour un hôtel de cette gamme. Un ventilateur avait été posé pour nous aéré. Le lendemain, la femme de ménage a eu une attention qui nous a touchés : elle avait tiré les rideaux occultants et ouvert la fenêtre de la salle d'eau. Il y a plusieurs prises de courant et c'est un plus. En revanche, les chaînes françaises sont basiques et le wifi s'est déconnecté de très nombreuses fois. Un petit hôtel qui a une très bonne literie et du linge irréprochable. Les oreillers sont excellents. La clim semble indispensable dans un hôtel comme celui-ci pour mériter le tarif de la chambre. Cependant, si vous n'avez pas de chiens et qu'il fait un temps comme à l'accoutumée dans cette région, vous ne risquez aucune mauvaise surprise. Les petits-déjeunés sont à 13 euros. Il y a un restaurant.

Hôtel agréable à deux pas du centre historique
L'hôtel MAYRENA est une étape agréable dans la non moins jolie ville d'EU. La chambre bien agencée est d'une propreté irréprochable. Le matelas, trop mou, n'a pas favorisé notre sommeil. Le personnel est attentif aux besoins de la clientèle. Nous recommandons fortement le restaurant de l'hôtel "Françoise" qui offre une carte particulièrement délicieuse.
