Welcome to the Artist Studio in an amazing location in Eugene. The studio is full of happy colors, beautiful furniture and decor. You are 3 blocks to Hayward Field, 2 blocks to coffee, restaurants and shops!

The Studio is fully fenced in so you will have privacy from the main house, and it comes with a dedicated onsite parking spot too!

The Artist Studio has everything you need for a memorable stay whether you are here for a track meet, coming to see family or on a road trip to Eugene!

This is not a cookie cutter space. It embraces colors and uniqueness. The Artist Studio is a fully fenced in guest house that provides privacy. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a mini fridge, microwave, oven and stove for all of your cooking needs. Also, a beautifully tiled bathroom with a barn door. There is a ductless heater/AC you can control with a remote control. Cool concrete floor and 55 inch smart TV with Netflix available. For a maximum guest count of 2.

Totally walkable to nearby restaurants, coffee, ice cream, mini mart that are only 2 blocks away. Can walk to Matthew Knight Arena. Perfect location for anyone visiting U of O, track meets at Hayward Field, basketball game or concert at the Arena or checking out all the beauty of Eugene. You are minutes in a car to supermarkets, Autzen Stadium, amazing parks and downtown Eugene.

There is a dedicated parking spot on the premise that is just for the Studio guests.

The guest house is located in a very centrally located neighborhood super close to U of O, Hayward Field and coffee/restaurants/shops nearby. On a quiet street with long term full time residents who take pride in their homes.

The Artist Studio is located at a prime location in Eugene. You can walk to U of O, Matthew Knight Arena, nearby shops/restaurants, coffee, etc. But to see all that Eugene and the surrounding areas have to offer, you would want to have a car to explore.

There is a dedicated parking spot on premises for the guest house that can fit up to an SUV size vehicle. Please do not park in the carport or the driveway as that is reserved for the main house guests. Street parking is limited to 2 hour parking from 7 am - 11 pm Monday - Sunday.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and we respect our neighbors and their desire to live peacefully. Please observe the city ordinance quiet hours of 10 pm to 7 am. Even outside of this window, we expect our guests to be considerate and not disturb the peace. That means no parties, no loud gatherings of any kind during the stay. We have zero tolerance on this policy. Thank you for your understanding!
