The Space:

This cozy two-bedroom home offers a comfortable retreat. Relax in the spacious living room, prepare meals in the galley kitchen, and enjoy the convenience of a mudroom for storing your gear. The covered front porch is a perfect spot to unwind with a cup of coffee or a good book.

You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen with a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and kettle. The backyard provides a spacious area to relax and enjoy the fresh air – please note that it's not fully fenced and connects to the house next door (also an Airbnb, but this portion of the yard is for your exclusive use).

A few things to keep in mind:
>> The back bedroom is cozy (as you'll see in the photos).
>> There's one AC/heating unit in the living room, which may take some time to heat or cool the whole house. The back bedroom does have a standing fan for added comfort.
>> Access is easy with keypads at both the front and back entrances, and you'll have dedicated parking in the alley.

We know you are coming to Oregon to have a good time, but out of respect to our neighbors, this property has a strict No Party policy.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

PETS:
There are no pets allowed at the house. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there were pets were in the home during your reservation period.

SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed in the home. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.

A refundable $250 damage deposit is required for your stay. This deposit helps cover any potential damages beyond normal wear and tear. It will be fully refunded 2 days after checkout, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. We appreciate your care and respect for our home!

TERMS OF SERVICE
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be required to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
