Bad experience
We had a really bad experience after booking this property. Everything went fine with the check in process but as soon as we arrived we noticed that the place did not seem properly cleaned and not as nice as the pictures made it seem. There was caked up dust/pet hair all over the lamp fixtures in the room and on the edges of the oven when I opened it. The oven was dirty and had what appeared like ashes at the bottom. The panel on the stove was broken and just kept blinking which made it hard to use. One of the rooms had a faint cigarette/smoke smell to it.The neighborhood was nice and peaceful but the property was not as listed. We were not able to get connected to WiFi as there was no welcome book or instructions. Tried reaching out to the property manager about our concerns but didn’t hear back until the next morning and was still not able to connect to WiFi. Overall our experience was very poor. We’ve booked property rentals before and have never had an issue until this time. Beware of this listing.
