The NEWLY RENOVATED log cabin is set on the back of the property and offers the most privacy. It features solid log construction with a deck overlooking the pine woods. The Log Cabin has a wood burning fireplace, one King bed, shower/bath combo, and a full kitchen.
The Outdoor Soaking Tub (avg. 95 degrees) is a soothing release after an active day. The log cabin also has access to the hot tub (avg 100 - 102 degrees) located on the adjacent community deck.

Tucked in the back of the property your neighbor to the far side is nature. This stand alone unit is well equipped for longer stays.
Loblolly Community is a small collection of long term residences nestled under majestic pines and surrounded by a nature preserve. The community is occupied with individuals who love the outdoors. Residences are pet friendly and available to responsible pet parents.
Residents of the community enjoy easy access to Lake Leatherwood and Black Bass Lake near established hiking and mountain biking trails and community amenities that include private trails, community gathering spaces with fire pit and hot tub.
Guests of the log cabin can enjoy the gathering space and hot tub as well as the several acres of Ozark Forest including the trail to sunken stream

On-site parking is not an issue. The Trolley stops at the property and guests should plan on bringing their bikes for easy access within 3-5 miles of everything.
Televisions: YOU must Pair the Television with the Cable Box. Most times this is set, however if you receive a message of NO INPUT turn the cable box, TV and VCR all on and go to the side of TV and press the input button to pair them together. TV's are different so the setting will be either AV, HDMI1 or HDMI 2.
