Lakeside Condo at Table Rock

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Relax with the family, or have a couples getaway at this peaceful condo!! It's a 2 bedroom 2 full bath that sleeps up to 4 comfortably. The Condo has a full kitchen, 2 private decks, and outdoor seating. Beautiful seasonal views of the lake, and 12 minutes away from downtown Eureka Springs. Just a short drive away from Holiday Island Marina! There are no animals allowed under any circumstances due to health and safety and severe allergies.
There's no smoking indoors and absolutely no animals allowed in or on property under any circumstances due to safety and health, owner severe allergies. No party's or extra guests allowed to stay overnight. *do not burn anything in the wood stove, it is not for use*

-Checkout duties include:
-All trash needs to be bagged up and placed outside upon departure.
-All towels need to be hung and not piled on floor.
-All dishes must be loaded in dishwasher and started
-Please discard any leftovers, any unused items can be left.
-Please do not remove any items from condo, everything is inventoried after each guest.
-Only use beach towels outside or at the lake, and only use rags under kitchen sink for cleanup.
-Please contact us if you're running low on anything, or if you're having any issues.

Quiet stay
Property was located away from the hustle and bustle of Eureka Springs which was nice. The dog next door does like to bark a lot during the day, but if you're out and about, it won't matter. The lights were dim in the kitchen, which made it a lottle difficult to see. But overall, the property was nice and clean. Also right by tje lake!

Good Location
This unit is on the end of 4 units. It is on a very dark road and could use some outdoor lighting, especially on the unit # and on the stairs leading to the door. Both beds and the pillows could also use an update and we had some lights and switches that didn’t work, but we managed okay. The unit next to this one is an owner occupied unit with an owner who is gone a lot and leaves his German shepherd inside for days at a time. The poor thing howled a lot and we could hear him running about inside. We just hoped he had enough food and water. We probably wouldn’t stay here again without reassurance that this issue has been resolved.

Enjoyed our getaway immensely. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and very relaxing. We thought they had a pod coffee maker but did not. It showed one in the online pictures. We had to go buy one. Now we have an extra to take with us.

Quiet Retreat
My stay was relaxing and quiet. For the price, it was a fair deal, but the kitchen is very, very small. If you are going to be cooking a lot, it will be difficult with more than one person in the kitchen. This rental is secluded and away from the noise of Eureka Springs. It is a beautiful setting.

Very nice place
We enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo and would love to visit again when temperatures are warmer out. The only downside to the unit was the couch. It was very uncomfortable. Loved the layout of the condo. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

Great weekend getaway
We attended a wedding in nearby Eureka Springs, AR. What a beautiful area! The condo was impeccably clean, very quiet and comfortable. Our host, Aspen, was very accommodating and very helpful when I could not locate the email she sent with entry codes. My one suggestion? This is a very rural area. Bring the food, toiletries, etc you need as it is NOT easy to just run down the street and grab the things you forgot.
