Uusittu vuonna 2017. Asut kotiin tilavaan olohuoneeseen, jossa on mukava erkkeri-ikkuna, joka sopii käpertymiseen hyvän kirjan kanssa. Kaksi modernia ja tyylikäs tuoli sivupöydät. Suuri taulutelevisio, jossa Roku, Netflix ja ilmainen WiFi. Bistro-tyylinen keittokomero, jossa minijääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, Keurig-kahvinkeitin ja ilmainen kahvi sekä valikoima välipaloja. Kylpyhuone, jossa iso suihku, tuoreet pyyhkeet ja ilmaiset kylpytuotteet päivittäin. Suuri makuuhuone, jossa ylellinen king-size-patja, kaksi tyylikästä sänkypöytää, seinälle asennettu taulutelevisio Roku-, Netflix- ja Wifi-yhteyksillä. Sallimme lemmikkieläimet alle 15 kiloa 10 dollarilla lemmikkieläimeltä per yömaksu.

Valitsemalla Peas in the Pod -palvelun, sinulla on useita vaihtoehtoja nauttia kongressipaikasta. Koti on oma esiportaan nauttimiseksi ilta-ilmasta. Meillä on upea puistomainen sivupiha, jossa on istumapaikat tarkkailla Eurekan monia autonäyttelyjä / paraateja, jotka kulkevat suoraan näkymäsi edessä. Olemme muutaman askeleen päässä Qzarksin Inn, Myrtie Mae -ravintolasta, Bubban BBQ: sta. Olet kadun toisella puolella Eurekan uudesta yhteiskeskuksesta (avataan pian) ja vaunu pysähtyy vain askeleen päässä etuovesta. Meillä on ilmainen pysäköinti paikan päällä etuovella, joka on riittävän suuri kuorma-autoille ja perävaunuille, jos hinaat antiikkiajoneuvoasi Eurekaan yhdelle monista autonäyttelyistämme.

A nice stay.

Quaint, quiet, and quite nice!

We really enjoyed our stay. Close enough to downtown, yet far enough away to avoid the crowds. Nice little bakery across the road. Plenty of things to do in town. The house was nice and clean, the owner was very responsive to our messages when we had a tiny issue arise that was totally caused by the extreme cold outside. The bed was very comfortable and quiet, not squeaky ar all. If we come back, we will consider staying here again.

Awesome place to rent

I rented Peas in a Pod October 14 through the 24th. I want to start by saying the listing of the rental right under the photo is "Entire home". Although the picture shows an entire home with a second story, that second story is a second rental. And the back half of the lower level is Nora's former retail store. So you do not in fact rent the "Entire home". Now with that out of the way, the rental is very nice inside. The bedroom & living room are spacious. The kitchen smaller but bathroom nice size with only a shower. No tub which was perfect for me. There is only a microwave and a small compact toaster oven for cooking. The fridge/freezer is dorm size. Both had frozen back walls inside. There was a beer left in the fridge. Both could have used a cleaning. My water & pop both froze in the fridge. I had no idea how to turn the temp down. The only counter space was limited & no cooking utensils. There was a beautiful set of tableware which I moved to the counter to be able to use the entire table. The living room & bathroom clean. The road right next to the rental is a busy road. The road noise was minimal inside the rental. The trolley stop is half a block away. Easily walkable. I bought a 30 day pass & traveled the entire town by trolley. Well worth the cost of the pass. Across the street is a family bakery. Limited open days. Best pastries ever. Across the road & down a bit is an authentic Mexican food truck. Another great find & very reasonable prices. Clean, quaint, and convenient

We had a Thursday to Sunday stay in this quaint property. All rooms were clean and spotless when we arrived. The location was about a two minute walk from the trolley station and within twenty yards or so from a trolley stop, which we found very convenient. The property had a very nice and comfortable king-sized bed. The bathroom was modern. The only mild complaint was the mirrors are low for two six-footers. There are four rooms on this property: the bedroom, kitchenette?, bathroom, and nice sized living room. You can't cook a full meal in the kitchen, but there is a microwave and toaster oven. The fridge is not big, but we didn't use it much. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Eureka Springs

Communication with owner was great, but when we drove up to the unit, the lawn was not mowed nor maintained. So, we didn’t know whether or not it was the right place or not. After checking the address again it was. The key was placed in an unsecured location allowing anyone who had knowledge that it was rental could grab the key and make a copy. A lockbox would have been more appropriate to hide the key and then provide the code to the lockbox to the lessee. Another safety issue was that the deadbolt on the front door did not fit into any clasp, so although it moved as if it would securely lock someone out someone could easily use a credit card to slip the doorknob and open the door while we were sleeping! Once inside, we always check for cleanliness and accuracy of pics posted online. The entryway way did not have the large rug and pillows were not in the chairs. Several magazines were laying about, the ceiling fans looked as if they had never been dusted and there was an empty water bottle behind one of the night stands in the bedroom. The bed felt like it was a sponge and when we laid down to rest for the night, we both sank in place. It was very hard to move once you got into bed, so turning over and getting out of bed was trying. Overall, the place served the purpose of a quick trip where we could get a nights rest and a shower but needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

Great place

The house was very clean and had lots of little things such as candy, variety of coffee/tea, and plenty of towels. We accidentally locked ourselves out and Nora was there quickly and so friendly and understanding! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
