Olen käsityöläinen hirsimökki, joka sijaitsee korkealla Stilliguamish-joen yläpuolella. Löydät minut piilossa aamun varjossa Mt. Pilchuck ja aina valppaalla silmällä alla olevasta jokilaaksosta. Kun ajetat porttini ohi ja tulet 10+ hehtaarin kiinteistöön, sinut tervehtyy ja ympäröi luonto ja villieläimet joka puolella. Kynnyksen ylittämisen jälkeen huomaat heti, että monta kuukautta sitten jokainen loki oli huolellisesti valittu, leikattu, käsin kaavittu ja sijoitettu tarkasti korkealla reunalla. Minun näkemykseni kustakin ikkunasta on teidän "tyyneys nyt" mielessä!

Seinien sisäpuolella, olen tyylikkäästi koristeltu vanhoilla ja uusilla tavoilla, mutta kiinnitän paljon huomiota kauniiseen ympäröivään kauneuteen. Joskus sinun täytyy vain päästä pois. Voit virkistää mieltäsi, kehosi ja henki ja sietää yhteiskunnasta. Viihtyisä, romanttinen hirsimökki, joka on kaukana metsään, sopii täydellisesti tähän. Ei ihmisiä, vain rauha ja luonto. Dream Retreat
Dear Clark Family – Wow! It is hard to find the words for your majestic views and relaxing, eclectic, and perfect home. This place is absolutely soul-refreshing and deserves a write up in Country Living Magazine and a Conde Nast Travel Award! From the sweet deer family grazing under the apple tree to the eagles swooping down over the river, to walks on the mossy trails to secret waterfalls, to watching romantic Christmas movies in the hot tub…what an absolute dream! We enjoyed time to reconnect over coffee and chilly morning views on the back deck to warm nights cuddled by the woodstove with a cozy blanket and some cocoa. After 3 long and busy years of caring for sick parents, marrying off kids, and building a new business, we were just TIRED! Married nearly 27 years but felt like we had been on autopilot. When we came, I had dubbed this “vision weekend” and it was exactly that. We are leaving refreshed with new vision for our marriage and strength for all that life will bring in the near future. There is so much world to see and so little time off work that we try to never visit the same place twice. But this may have to become an annual tradition for us because it is just perfect in every way. Thank you again for opening up your little slice of heaven to us, your generosity, and hospitality. Breathtaking views away from it all
This property is amazing from the second you step on it. You are greeted at the door on your arrival and they make you feel right at home. If this property is available book it don't miss out. The trail is a beautiful trail into the trees and is so beautiful to start your mornin. Dont fordet the beautiful views from the hot tub either. Highly recommend this property.

One of the nicest properties we’ve rented. The cabin was perfect for two people. The views of the river and mountains were amazing. Located in a very quiet, secluded spot. Our host, Charlie, lives on the property and was there to answer any questions. We highly recommend this cabin.

There is nothing not to like about this cabin. The Clarks are amazing hosts and have thoughtbof every last little detail. Sitting on the deck watching the fog roll through the trees and watching the sun come up was a real treat. We have stayed twice now and have already booked our 3rd visit!!

Marvelous Log Cabin
The host could not have been more helpful. I great guy! As a fan of log cabin homes, this was one of the best - . gorgeous architecture. And the view from the living room and outside porch was sensational! The northern Cascades at their best.

Extended weekend getaway
My wife and I were in the area for a friend's wedding and decided to make an extended weekend out of it. Normally, we're up and adam — cramming as many events into the day as we can. But not this time. The house and surrounding views were so beautiful. And it was just quiet and peaceful. In the end, we just hung around the house, and the hottub, and did absolutely nothing. It was great.

The cabin was amazing with the hot tub, the lovely decor, and the large bathtub with jets. The kitchen was well stocked, and the deck was outfitted with different seating options to better enjoy the absolutely stunning view. The view was well worth it. We would come back again.

Bliss on the edge of a valley
This home is so amazing, everything you could ask for and more. I enjoyed the hot tub, cozy bed, surround sound music, just what this exhausted lady needed for a couple days of restoration. I hope to be back soon.

Nothing short of Fantastic!
The pictures do not even come close to the amazingness of this home. The Clark's attention to detail is fantastic. The decor is rustic ranch luxe and even though it rained our entire stay, the view is straight from heaven. Every little detail is thought out. There were mints on the nightstand, toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste, lotion, shampoo, make up remover wipes....basically of you could think of it, it was there for you. We are not drinkers, but there was wine and beer in the fridge, coffee and tea, popcorn, cookies, granola bars. And we didnt get a chance to use them, but there were games and coloring books and pencils too. The bed was comfy and warm, and the water pressure in the shower fantastic and hot!! We spent our time on the covered porch either in the hot tub or just watching the birds and rain over the river. The driveway in is gravel and narrow in places but once you enter the property it feels like you've entered heaven. It is so well maintained and absolutely breath-taking. Charlie met us at the door and walked us through the home and visited for just a few short minutes -very nice guy! -and then we never saw him after that. Do yourself a favor and if yiu are even thinking about this place....Book it now!! We just left and already booked another stay before we even got all the way home!!

The property is outstandingly beautiful, with an amazing overlook of the nearby river valley. The furnishing are cozy and the owner was warm and welcoming, and entirely out of the picture (but available if needed). This is absolutely what we needed!
