A co-worker and I visited Fairbanks for our Company, Access Alaska Inc.
We had a bit of a challenge as we lost internet, and both had to work until after 6:30. I was unable to access my computer to get the pertinent information to track down the instructions to get into the property. I called the customer service number for Vrbo, and they helped me contact the property owner to get into the property. Once we got to the property, our code for the apartment did not work, but I now had access to the owner. I texted the owner, worrying it would be a long wait. We were both tired from travel and a long day at the office. The owner texted us very quickly and helped us get in the rental. We both wanted to be able to vacuum and mop as we were staying for a few weeks, so we contacted the owner, who got us a vacuum and mop the next day. I extended my stay three days at this location, and the owner helped me connect to another property owner for the rest of my nine-day stay.
