The front house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a suite in the back which is just a few steps away from the main house and it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The guest house has 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedrooms has 3 twin beds. There is no kitchen, living room or dining room in the guest house.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 10 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 14.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergy. We also don't provide the gas for the grill, but there's a propane tank on the property that guests may fill for their use.
