ENTRY LEVEL:
Enter through a smart lock to our two-car heated garage, with dedicated ski and snowboard storage. We provide snowshoes for your adventure, but cannot guarantee fit for all sizes. Bring your own boots. Enter the mudroom to find boot warmers and ample space for your gear.
MAIN FLOOR:
On the central floor, discover the Primary Bedroom with ensuite, a spacious open-concept living and dining room, our chef’s kitchen, a half bathroom, and a laundry room. Oh, and did we mention heated floors throughout?
PRIMARY SUITE:
The ultimate place to relax after your adventure. Enjoy the hammock outside your sliding door, watch a movie on the TV, get the perfect sleep in a customizable sleep number king bed. Indulge in the ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaker tub surrounded by candles and bubble bath. The ensuite features a double sink vanity and a shower.
LIVNG, DINING, KITCHEN
Greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning mountain views, you will feel surrounded by the evergreens. A dining table and bar area offer seating for up to 10. The fully equipped kitchen awaits. Keurig coffee maker, tea, and cooking basics provided. The living room features a gas fireplace and a TV, and stepping outside leads to a wrap-around deck. The laundry room off the kitchen includes a washer dryer and various dog amenities. A half bathroom is also found off the kitchen.
PET AMENITIES:
In the laundry room open the doggy door to a dedicated dog run, allowing your dogs to go out without ever leaving the warmth of the cabin. Dogs return inside directly to the dog washing station. Dedicated pet towels, food and water bowls, leashes, poop bags, and several dog beds are provided. Just register and bring your furry friend!
THIRD FLOOR LOFT:
On the third floor, the loft game room welcomes you, offering an overlook of the floor below and stunning views through the windows. The game room features a checkerboard table and an air hockey table. Here, inflate a queen air mattress or unfold the yellow chairs for kid sleeping spaces. A hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo is available. Off the loft, discover two bedrooms.

***IMPORTANT***
For guests staying from late October through late April, AWD or 4WD vehicles are required. Our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
This home is located on a rural road. From October--April, all guests must have 4-wheel drive/AWD to access the home. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed during the winter months, but most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. The road is steep in places and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. The home requires the navigation of two sets of stairs from the garage entry to access the main level. This property is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues.

For added security, we have cameras on the outside of the property. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
The house sits at roughly 10,000 ft elevation and cell service may be spotty in the mountains. To ensure that you have access to important information, it is best to have a screenshot or printout of your check-in instructions and directions to the property.

During Summer -The home does not have AC but has various windows that can be opened. This is common in the mountains as AC is rarely needed.
During Winter - During icy, wet, or slippery weather conditions, please use extra caution when walking on the exterior stairs, patio deck, and on walkways. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from slips or falls on the property. However, we will do our best to keep the driveway, stairs, and home entrances cleared and safe for all of our guests.
