• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.
• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.
• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Lakemont Dr, Fallbrook, CA 92028" for accurate distances.
• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.
• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.
• How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products.
• Safety devices on site?
There are 4 security devices.
Two security cameras: Gate driveway and front door. Each security camera records the driveway activities 24/7 to protect guests and hosts.
Two noise decibel monitors: Balcony area and near the outside of the garage to prevent prolonged loud-noise. The Minute noise level monitoring devices do not record any audio. They only monitor the noise level all the time and will let you know if you are potentially too noisy for the neighborhood.
