Ihanteellisella paikalla askeleen päässä Leech-järvestä, tämä 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyhuoneen rantahytti jopa 10: lle sopii kaikille, jotka haluavat päästä eroon kaikkea ja hengittää raikasta Minnesotan ilmaa. Mökki tarjoaa yli 1100 neliöjalkaa asuintilaa, mutta tuntuu silti mukavalta ja viihtyisältä sisätiloissa! Rakastat viettämään päiviä järvellä ja palaamaan paahtamaan vaahtokarkkeja palokaivon vieressä.

Sisään tultuaan tähän hyttiin, huomaat heti ikkunoiden seinän, joka näyttää ulos Leech-j��rvestä. Uppoudu rehevään huonekaluun ihaillaksesi järvinäkymiä tai tuomalla kirjaa ja eksyessäsi romaaniin. Pään alas järvelle ja pidä hauskaa Rave Sports Bongolla (järvessä elokuun kautta), jonka avulla voit hypätä suoraan veteen ja näyttää parhaat temppusi.

Käytä seisokkien aikana langatonta Internet-yhteyttä surffailla verkossa, saada töitä tehdä, kun olet poissa toimistosta tai etsiä uusi resepti illallista varten.

Sinun ei tarvitse jättää kodin mukavuutta poissa kotoa, kun nälkä iskee. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja runsaasti tilaa, jotta voit valmistaa kaikki ateriasi. Kun on aika syödä, kerää piknik-tyylisen pöydän ympärille ruokailutilassa kaivaaksesi sisään!

Lämpiminä iltaisin astu ulos ja käytä kaasugrilli pilataksesi maukkaan grillilounaan. Ulkona on istumapaikkoja niille, jotka haluavat ruokailla ulkosalla. Kun olet lopettanut syömisen, suunnaudu takkakuoppaan paistamaan s'mores-illallista ja kertoa nuotiojuttuja! Katso ja ihaile miljoonia tähtiä taivaalla näkyviä tähtiä.

Sukella minkä tahansa mukavan vuoteen kannen alle, kun on aika kutsua sitä yöksi! Ensimmäisen kerroksen makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja pinnasänky, ja 2 yläkerran makuuhuoneissa on 2 erillistä vuodetta ja täysi sänky.

Tämä mökki on täydellinen todelliselle järven vetäytymiselle! Tuo sauva ja kela ja kävele alas rannalle kelataksesi joitain kaloja. Muita alueen kalastukseen sopivia järviä ovat Winnibigoshish-järvi ja Cass -järvi.

Ei ole parempaa tapaa voittaa lämpöä kuin mennä uimaan järvelle kuumina iltapäivisin! Vesi on täydellinen syvyys kaikille, jotka haluavat jäähtyä. Tällä Leech-järven alueella on minimaalinen veneliikenne - ihanteellinen uimiseen ja vain rauhan ja hiljaisuuden saamiseen rentoutuessasi veden äärellä.

Winter Fun
We really liked this property. Great setup to get the group together, get out on the ice, amd find the fish. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The hosts were really helpful and helped with any questions we had.

Beautiful Spot
It was a beautiful house and great location on the lake. Very clean and had everything we needed to get by. We didn’t know about the wifi limitations but we mostly fished so not big deal. Great place!

Decent property, terrible communication
I tried reaching out to the property management company right after we booked to ask them some questions to help us plan ahead. We didn't hear back from them for 3 months. Finally heard back 3 days before we were supposed to leave, with the email of the actual property owner. We emailed the property owner and didn't hear back until an hour after we checked in. This made things incredibly hard to plan. Overall the house was nice. The location is VERY remote, and nothing really around it besides other houses. I don't recommend staying here with little kids. It would be OK to stay here with a group of guys to go fishing though.

Beautiful lake getaway
The cabin was very nice and the lake was amazing! It was so nice to walk right of the cabin and swim with the kids (bring water shoes it is rocky). The sunsets were stunning. We had a blast! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the description is a little misleading. It says 2 bathrooms and it’s not two full bathrooms, one has a bath/shower and the other is just a toilet. The kitchen only has the bare minimum, there is only one fry pan, no mixing spoons, the only cups are small kids cups. There were barely any supplies: like half a roll of paper towels, and hardly any hand soap. So just be prepared to bring everything you need to cook and eat. We stayed a week and the closet grocery store is 30 minutes away, it would of been nice to know the kitchen cabinets were mostly locked without space to store food and to bring more cooking essentials. Otherwise the cabin and location were super nice and we had a lot fun!

Nice Location horrible experience
The cabin is beautiful for the most part and in a decent location with a nice view overlooking the Leech Lake. We arrived 30 minutes after check in time after driving 4 hrs to location. We tried our access code and it wouldn’t accept it. We reached out to the guest contact multiple times and after multiple voicemails and getting ahold of the Evolve team we finally got in after waiting 2 hours. Never heard from our guest contact at all. The location isn’t bad except in the pictures it doesn’t show that the cabin is within 25 feet of the neighbors cabin. No where in the details does it say you can’t dock a boat over night only found that out after arriving to find it posted on the dock and in the cabin. The walls, doors, porch and grill were filthy and the cleaning was sub-par at best. There is a ton of damage to the walls and doors. The refrigerator hardly kept our food cold the entire weekend. The water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work. The lake trampoline was no where to be found even though the listing says it would be in the water June thru August. The shower handle leaks when the shower is running. We had a good stay otherwise never long enough per usual with weekend getaways. I would like to give a big shoutout and thank you to the evolve team as their customer service was awesome!!

Cozy Cabin on the Lake with Beautiful Views
We stayed through the polar vortex we had in Feb 2021. The cabin kept us warm, but we also went out walking on the lake sometimes. We loved the large windows which looked over the lake, and the sunsets over the lake were beautiful. I only had one issue which was a minor issue checking in, but I called the manager and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes and we were in! I would like to stay again.

Perfect ice fishing cabin
This cabin was perfect for our group. We were a group of guys that game up to ice fish,play poker and drink a few beers. It’s a nice, basic lofted cabin. Not real fancy but suited our needs well.

Minimalist Home for Quiet Times and Lake Fun
Let me start by saying we love this place. It had exactly what we needed, was not fussy in any way, and was perfect for some quiet days. We're really excited about coming back in warmer months to enjoy being in the lake. There are a couple of things we hope they'll change in the future. The loft area could use a little more furniture. It's such a cool space with a great lake view, but we didn't use it very much because there wasn't any place to comfortably sit up there. We also noted the big room runs a bit cooler because it's harder to heat. We're hoping they have in-floor heating at some point or a fireplace. This place has great bones and we really enjoyed our stay. We'll be back! Thank you!

Four day fall fishing trip
Nice home. Well stocked, on a quiet area of the lake. Gentle lot with a great fire pit we enjoyed nightly. Fishing spots close by. Would be a great place for a family also.

Great getaway
Property manager was very helpful with pre trip questions I had about the property. Plenty of firewood available for our evening fires in the fire pit. He even left us extra propane for the grill when I asked about that as we did grill pretty much every meal. The kids absolutely loved the rave water inflatable out in the water! Lake is pretty rocky until you get past the end of the dock, but fine if wearing water shoes. The deck area was always in the shade and was a great place to cook and eat meals. Would rate as 5 stars but could use a few updates. Furniture was pretty tired looking in living area, but we didn’t spend a lot of time indoors anyway. Kitchen needs a griddle pan and more fry pans. Was only 1 fry pan available but again we managed without. There are 2 bathrooms in the house but only 1 shower, I probably overlooked that. Biggest reason for 4 vs 5 stars was cleanliness. Beds, kitchen, bath were all good, but under beds and under furniture was not as good. I lost a grape under stove and pulled out bottom drawer on stove to pick it up, and found lots of lost treasures from past guests. Was lost toys, old food, and clothing items under beds upstairs. Overall none of the bad outweighs the good. Hopefully cleaning person will do a more through cleaning soon.

Awesome find
We had an amazing family vacation at this cabin this past week. The cabin itself is very well kept and cozy. The yard is relatively flat so easy access to the waterfront. Plenty of beds and general amenities provided. A few notes: -there are no TVs so If this concerns you bring tablets for kids at night etc. We were glad we did. - we felt there was a bit of a limited selection of glasses in particular. We struggled to find much outside of a few coffee mugs and small plastic cups for kids. Not a big deal but maybe bring a few of your own. -The nearest town with groceries is 25 or so minutes away, so stock up when you make your trip(s). - The beach is rocky instead of sandy. Our older two still swam but the younger ones didn’t really enjoy the beach as much because of this. - The gate on the dock was very handy to keep our two younger ones from running out there. - the waves get pretty intense on windier days because of the size of the lake but on the calmer day we had it was great. - the sunsets were out of this world every single night. We really enjoyed watching the pink sky linger for so long and the bright stars once the sun finally set. - the outdoor seating on the covered patio was great - a table for kids and one for adults. - the water bongo was a nice bonus that we enjoyed, kids and adults alike. - The owner was very responsive the couple of times we had questions. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Great cabin on a beautiful lake
The cabin is very nice and has everything you need. The lake is clear with a rocky bottom and suitable for our 3 young children to swim by the dock. We drove down the road a mile and rented a pontoon from a resort and explored this amazing lake. It is so large I think we only saw half of it. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Nice house.
House was nice and basically as described in the listing. Didn't like that I wasn't given the address until 15 days prior to arrival as we were planning a fishing/snowmobile trip and an exact address would have been helpful when planning with multiple people. Furniture and beds were comfortable and the house overall is very nice.

This Cabin is very nice, well maintained, very clean!!
This is my first time to rent a cabin, This was a GREAT experience!! The cabin was nice and warm when we arrived, it was very clean, no problems with anything. I would recommend this cabin to anyone! Would stay here again!! Hopefully a warmer weekend next time, -28 degrees for the air temperature was too cold!! But the cabin was warm!

Excellent location Million dollar view Inviting and cozy Only issue is the cleaning charge - not sure the property is being cleaned as well as is should for that price of additional cleaning. The floors were dirty and there were pop cans under the beds upstairs. We tidyed up as requested on the action items. Regardless, of the mess here and there the cabin was in excellent shape. Please note: I have been on hold for over a 1/2 hour to VRBO to try and let them know we locked our keys in the truck.... and that we are unable to vacate the property at 10:00 am. Unable to access evolve account. Thank you for everything else.

Beautiful cabin
We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was wonderful to work with, quick to respond to questions we had and very nice. The cabin was very nice and clean! Only “complaint” is property is next to swampy area and it was very buggy. if you’re bringing own boat, sugar point resort down the road is extremely accommodating. Overall enjoyed our stay. Would reccomdend and we would book again!
