Didnt like anything about this hotel. Location is out of the way. Very run down looking. Room was big, about the only thing going for it. The neighbours next door were very loud. You can hear everything. I actually at one stage thought we were in a brothel. Will not recommend to anyone. Will not be back, couldnt get out of there fast enough. Sorry Q&S dont like negative reviews but had low expectations and you were lower than my expectations

The receptionists didn't speak any language except Turkish, so it was really hard to solve the problems I had. The first number wasn't ready, but they gave me the keys anyway. Then they changed it, but I had to go with the receptionist to the room to show her the problem, because she couldn't understand even a word I said. Then I hadn't any remote control from the conditioner and had to ask my Turkish friend to translate the problem for me. And I'm still no sure if sheets and towels were clean, or not :(

Amazing stay! Staff more than accommodating. Extremely clean. Rooms were carefully designed to maximize their beauty. Each day begins with a delicious Turkish breakfast. After a long, rather warm day in the area it was wonderful returning to a comfortable AC room to relax before heading out to a delicious area dinner. Could not recommend more! Book with this establishment for a quaint, relaxing, well run hotel! 5 Stars!

OK, but lacks warmth
The hotel has a number of positive features such as light and airy rooms, a pool, a decent enough buffet breakfast, and reasonable rates. During my visit though, much of the service was perfunctory, said pool didn't get any sunlight until mid-afternoon and there were no cushions on the hard wooden sun loungers (which may have explained why in the 4 days I was there not one guest used the pool area), its location is at the far end of town and not near anything (not really, with the main Fethiye beach a +20 minute cab ride away), and although the rooms were light and bright they need upkeep (walls in the room were stained and scuffed, there was mould all around the shower, a broken drawer in a bedside table, ...). So all in all it was OK, but could easily have been a lot better.

Fabulous hotel with really nice friendly staff and great location. You are on the main road though so better to keep the windows closed at night as you do hear the traffic otherwise.

An amazing boutique Otel very reasonably priced
We arrived earlier than expected and was welcomed by reception who told us that our room would be ready with in 20 minutes. the room was spotless and very modern. Check in and checkout process was quick. the breakfast was amazing. we stayed in the terrace suite, room 302 if I remember correctly which overlooked the bay and it was amazing at sunrise and sunset. Plenty of parking available in the road in front of the hotel. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel so hopping onto a bus was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly which made our stay very pleasant. Loved the spa bath on the terrace which was private and enjoyed under the stars.
