Our group of four friends had a rather disappointing experience here. Upon arrival, we were informed that the unit we had originally booked was unavailable, and instead, we were given two separate units without any prior notice. This made our stay quite inconvenient, as we constantly had to put on shoes and walk through a cold hallway to access the other unit for even the smallest things. On top of that, the mountain view we had expected with our original booking was completely absent in these units.
The only positive aspect of the stay was that the hotel seemed new, so the furniture and appliances were in good condition. However, it felt like the units we were given were incomplete. For instance, the bathrooms lacked exhaust fans, which was quite uncomfortable. There was also a space clearly designated for a dishwasher, but it wasn’t there, and we hadn’t been informed about this in advance.
To add to the inconvenience, the QR codes for check-in were sent to us very late, only on the day we were set to arrive. Overall, the lack of communication and preparation left us quite dissatisfied with our stay.
