The Space:
Experience coastal luxury in our brand new 2-bedroom + Den, 2-bathroom oceanfront apartments located in the picturesque Flagler Beach. Each unit comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, and if you choose to book both units together, you can host a gathering of up to 10 guests. With stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from the second floor, these stylish retreats, built in 2023, combine modern elegance and convenience. Nestled in downtown Flagler Beach, you are within walking distance to the sandy shore, delightful restaurants, and lively bars, striking the ideal balance between relaxation and excitement.
As you ascend to the second floor, you will be welcomed by a spacious balcony deck that offers breathtaking ocean vistas. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a contemporary kitchen fitted with granite countertops, an inviting space to prepare meals while soaking in the panoramic seascape. For your entertainment, the cozy family room is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV, ensuring that you can unwind after a day of exploring.

The second guest bedroom in Unit A features a full-size bed, while in Unit B, you will find a queen-size bed, sharing a stylish second bathroom with the den. Guest Access:
Free parking in the front or rear side of the building. Beach walk over directly across the street from the building. Trailer parking is $25/ day
List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
