Oceanfront Duplex -hotelli sijaitsee neljä ja puoli mailia pohjoiseen Flagler Beachistä suoraan meressä, 50 metrin päässä veden reunasta, rannan yksityisellä alueella, useiden yksityiskuntien keskuudessa. Kaksi kerrosta on äänieristetty ja sinulla on oma sisäänkäynti. Yksityisyyttäsi ei ole vaarannettu. Alemmasta yksiköstä on upeat näkymät merelle olohuoneesta, päämakuuhuoneesta ja hiljattain uusitusta kuistilta. Voit aina kuulla aaltojen rikkovan rannalla. , yläkerrassa on kannella istuin, rentoutua ja nauttia henkeäsalpaavista lintuperspektiivistä auringonlaskuista, koko yksikkö on juuri uusittu / päivitetty (joulukuu 2017) ja lisäsimme toisen kylpyhuoneen, joten tarjoamme nyt 2 makuuhuonetta / 2 kylpyä !!!

Se on erittäin mukava ja erittäin siisti. Meillä on suuri äskettäin uusittu avoin itäinen kuisti, josta on näköala merelle, hoidetulle pihalle ja yksityiselle dyynille kävellä istuen / parkituskannen alla. Meillä on Ocean Kajakki, aallokko- ja purjelaudat, rantatuoleja ja rantaleluja omaan käyttöösi. Sinun tarvitsee tuoda vain suosikki rantapyyhe ja aurinkovoideemulsio.

Jos etsit yksityistä ranta-aluetta pois asuntohuoneistoista ja tungosta rannoista, jotka sijaitsevat suoraan meressä, tämä on oikea paikka sinulle. Olemme 20 minuutin päässä St. Augustine ja myös Daytona, ja 90 minuutin päässä nähtävyyksistä Orlandon alueella.

Meillä on myös paikallista tietoa parhaista ruokailupaikoista, ostosmahdollisuuksista, käyntipaikoista, tekemistä ja sivuston katselusta, jotta saat kaiken irti lomastasi.

Jos haluat surffata kalaa, meillä on joitain parhaimmista surffauskalastuksista itärannikolla aivan takapihallamme. Perfect on the beach for two adult couples
We are two retired couples (all over 60) who travel and vacation together. The Flagler Beach House was perfectly suited and situated for us. The master suite and ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower was great. The other bedroom and hall bath were also comfortable and convenient. All amenities were well kept. The on-beach location was exactly what we wanted, and did not disappoint. A very good place for beach/surf fishing. Accurate description and pictures -- and a great owner/manager of the property. Thank you -- we look forward to returning.

Loved our stay here. The house and beach was beautiful. The Manager was fantastic. I had to message a few times because the AC went out and she was so quick to respond and had it fixed the next night. Our last night the kids got to see dolphins from the deck. The kids did not want to leave. Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home!

Comfortable and amazing views!
As soon as you walk in you notice how bright it is with all the windows and then you are awed by the view! Gorgeous ocean and sand! This beach house is decorated so cute and has everything we needed for our week stay! There is everything you need for spending time on the beach and in the water. Such a treat to stay in a place so close to the water!! Well maintained property and property manager was quick to respond to a couple questions i had. Definitely will be back!

Wonderful
This was our first time to Flagler Beach area. Staying at Flagler Beach house was wonderful! It is such a reasonably and affordable priced ocean front rental property for your vacation! The owners and property managers are so welcoming and easy to get in touch with. When we arrived, the AC decided to not work for us (which we all know these things happen of course) when we got there. Amanda and Eric were quick to respond and came out to get it fixed for us late that evening!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house, the owners and property managers. We have definitely referred this places to closest family and friends who asked where we were because our pictures were beautiful. We will be back!

That view!

In Short: AMAZING!
First, the location was just simply perfect. This beachfront home is situated in paradise. We were minutes from shopping, groceries, restaurants, and ice cream. Of course, the beach too! Second, this was the most welcoming place that I have ever stayed. We stayed in the upper unit and it was immaculate. Linens were clean, the kitchen was spotless, and not a spec of dust in sight. The layout of the home is unique and comfortable; very tasteful updates. Finally, the property managers were great! We communicated as soon as I arrived, and they welcomed us via text. They were attentive when we had questions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

JUST WONDERFUL!!!
We had the best time staying at the Painters Hill house!! Lupita was very helpful and understanding through all our experiences there. The view was gorgeous!! The sound of the waves against the shore added to the magic of the stay. This being our first Christmas without family, we did better than expected because of the coziness of our visit.
