This is a single family home located just 6 miles from Flagstaff near Lake Mary. The home is located in the forest within the Lake Mary Country Store community surrounded by walking/biking trails and lake recreation. All of our guest receive discounted rental rates at Lake Mary Fishing Boat Rentals. In season rental items include kayaks, canoes, SUP's and motorized fishing boats. (*Additional cleaning fees apply for more than 4 guests*)

Perfect getaway!
My family and I enjoyed staying here very much and will return on our next trip to Flagstaff!Entire process from booking the reservation to check out was easy and straightforward. Nick is a wonderful host that responds quickly to questions and truly cares about your stay. Check in was easy, house was so clean and comfortable! There was even a trundle bed available which was a surprise and came in handy when we forgot our air mattress. House is decorated simple but modern which felt much like home. Beds were comfortable and house warmed up nicely. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and the two bathrooms really made getting ready for the day much easier. The residential area was very quiet and peaceful, my kids enjoyed the park. It was safe and away from the town, about 11 minutes (6miles) away from the nearest shopping center and gas stations which was a perfect woodsy get away. I just can’t say enough about how amazing the trip was and how relaxed I was when I returned home!

Wonderful Experience!
This is a gem! Beautiful lodging, very clean and so much room. Kitchen is awesome, the bedrooms are very large as is the living room area. Nick answeered any questions we had quickly and it was a seemless check in and check out. The only downside is I didn't find this place earlier! I will be staying here again for sure! Thank you Nick for an awesome place so close to all our fishing holes!

Fall colors
This was a good location for our fall colors hiking trip. (Snowbowl area was amazing.) We were able to kayak just down the road at Lake Mary as well. It is away from the center of town, but an easy enough drive to get any where. The night skies were beautiful and we saw a herd of elk along the Lake Mary Road. The interior was well laid out and comfortable. The only drawback was a rather noisy heater if you are in the larger bedroom.

A wonderful stay in Flagstaff
Overall, we'd give this VRBO a 10. This modular home was exceptionally clean, updated/decorated as per the current photos. We were very comfortable and would recommend this VRBO to anyone that could use a 2 bedroom/bath home away from home. Nick was readily available if needed, and even asked us what we needed to make our stay better (which was nothing). Who does that? We've stayed in several VRBOs over the past several years and we could honestly say no one. This VRBO was within a 10-minute drive to various shopping and eating establishments which was a plus for us when getting groceries and for dining out options. It's a great place at a great price!

We are NAU alumn and never stayed near Lake Mary. It was really nice, quiet, and away from the chaos that is downtown flag. 10/10 would recommend. And thank you to the owner for letting one of my friends in before the allotted arrival time!

Perfect Flagstaff Stay
Home was very comfortable and clean. We had a hard time finding it at first in the dark, but once we got our bearings it was pretty easy to find. We lived in Flagstaff for years and were back in town visiting some friends and this was the perfect place to stay to get the full Flagstaff experience! We would definitely stay here again!

Short trip for a grauation
The property was just as we expected. It was out of town a short distance, away from the craziness of town. It was very quiet and peaceful. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the gas firepit one evening with a glass of wine.We would have liked to spend more time relaxing at "home" but we were on the go most of the time. We will definately stay here again when we return.

Nice place
Nice place and location. Centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. Grand Canyon, Wupatki ruins, Sunset crater National Park, Sedona and Williams AZ. The house is very nice and clean. Nicholas was quick to respond to our needs.

Family time
The directions to the house were great. Host checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed after our first night there. Loved having the grill to use for a cook out on the nice day we had. Great location if you want peace an quiet at night. We will book here if available when we visit in the future.

Cozy Snowy cabin
My husband and I stayed here after our wedding for our mini moon escape from Phoenix. It was a lovely home and we enjoyed watching the snowy weather from the cozy inside. The location was perfect for our plans to visit in state sites such as the Grand Canyon for a day trip as well as Bearizona the Deer feeding farm in Williams.

Tranquil rental Near Flagstaff and Trails
I recently had the pleasure of staying. They were exceptionally helpful, especially on our first night when darkness made finding the rental a bit challenging. They called us back right a way and gave us clear directions ensured we arrived safely, even in the cover of night. Location: The rental is strategically situated close to hiking trails, making it an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts. Spaciousness: The rental surprised us—it’s even more spacious than it appears in the pictures! The living area felt open and inviting, and the bedrooms were generously sized. Speaking of bedrooms, each one had its own private bathroom

Only one issue
I really like the place it was very nice and comfortable. The only issue i had during my stay was, originally it was just me and a buddy staying there, my brother ended up coming and stayed for one night. I let the property manager know that we were going to have an extra vehicle there for one night. Even though the ad for this place states it sleeps 6 people. The property manager told me after 2 people its a additional $10 per person per night which can be paid by leaving cash on the counter.. I didn't appreciate it much seeing how no where in the ad states there will be a charge for more then 2 people

Perfect Stay
My husband, our 3 boys (ages 10, 7, and 4), and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was great. Lots of space and a rollaway twin bed gave us plenty of options for sleeping. Next to the home there is quite a bit of land our boys played on in the snow. During the day we made trips to Snowbowl and tubing in Williams. Both destinations took us about 45 minutes to get there. We would stay again.

The property was very close to campus and conveniently located relatively close to plenty of food options. We arrived late at night and had trouble finding the property. The homes aren’t numbered in a way that was convenient for visitors so we had to drive around for quite a while. However, once we found it check in was easy

Great Rental
The rental was fantastic. We were happy with everything, it had everything we needed. The house was comfortable and clean. It is in a quiet area and not far from downtown and other stores are close by. We stayed for a week in the snow and ended up having to stay an extra day due to weather conditions and the host was amazing and very accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed and was readily available. He even shoveled snow off the porch for us one of the days, which was a nice surprise. I would stay again anytime. Highly recommend!

Located in camp site in woods, yet conveniently close to Flagstaff. Great option to mix quiet getaway with local activities. The cabin looks bigger inside than outside, and renewed interior with clean and functional kitchen. Responsive and accommodating owner. Reasonable pricing even in holiday season. Recommend.
