Welcome to Ponderosa Peaks, a beautiful 4,200-square-foot cabin nestled in the ponderosa pines of Flagstaff, Arizona. Located halfway between downtown Flagstaff and Snowbowl Ski Resort, this spacious five-bedroom, five-bathroom home sits on 8 acres of pristine land, backed by a forest preserve with scenic walking trails. The cabin offers breathtaking views of the San Francisco Peaks, making it the perfect retreat for nature lovers and adventure seekers.
The living room is a masterpiece, featuring cathedral hardwood ceilings, beautiful beams, and a large stone fireplace. Equipped with an 85" TV, this is the ideal space for relaxation and family gatherings. The chef's kitchen boasts a large quartz island and countertops designed for culinary enthusiasts.
Ponderosa Peaks also features a spacious family room upstairs, perfect for kids to hang out. It has a 75" TV and is adjacent to the bunk room, accommodating up to 8 guests in its cozy twin XL bunk beds. The two bedrooms adjacent to the family room each have a 48" TV for added convenience and entertainment.
The four en suite bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. Three bedrooms feature king beds, while the guest suite includes two queen beds and private access. The expansive primary bedroom offers a cathedral hardwood ceiling, a large bathroom with a wet area, and a two-person soaking tub.
Additionally, the cabin includes air conditioning, a rare feature for Flagstaff, ensuring comfort during warmer months. Ponderosa Pines is the perfect location for family gatherings and reunions, with room to comfortably accommodate up to 20 people. For larger groups, please contact us directly to make arrangements.
