AGRITTAA Adrianne on upea hiljattain remontoitu koti yli 3200 neliömetriä ja lisäksi 1300 käytännöllinen ulkopinta neliöt jalat patio alueilla katsot kaunista Elden Mount. Takapiha on täysin aidattu lapsesi ja lemmikkisi turvallisuuden vuoksi ja koska olemme umpikujassa, liikennettä on vähän. Ihmiset rakastavat kotimme, koska naapurustemme hiljainen ja rentouttava luonto, jossa he voivat rentoutua perheen ja ystävien kanssa. Emme salli äänekkäitä juhlia tai tapahtumia.

Jos etsit viihtyisää ja ylellinen paikka, jossa voit tutustua pohjoisen Arizonan suuren legendaarisen alueen tai haluat vain rentoutua kylmällä juomalla patiolla, tämä koti sopii sinulle parhaiten.

4 makuuhuonetta ja 2 1/2 kylpyhuonetta, tämä koti nukkuu 8 (4 paria) mukavasti omalla makuuhuoneella. Marraskuussa 2017 lisäsimme 6 mukautettua kerrossänkyä parvialueella, jossa 4 koululaukkua, jotta lapset voisivat pitää vaatteensa ja 3 isoa pellavanpussin tuolia. Tämä alue on aivan osuma lasten ja ylimääräisten aikuisten kanssa. Toukokuussa 2018 lisäsimme kolme muuta ulkokäyttöön tarkoitettua patioaluetta, joista toinen oli keinotekoisella nurmella, ulkona rentoutumiseen ja perhejuhliin. Makuuhuoneessa on kuningas Tempur-Pedic-vuode ja kaikki muut huoneet ovat päivittäneet queen-size-vuodetta.

Keskellä kaupunkia ja Elden-vuoren pohjalla sijaitseva talo on umpikujassa ja on 30 sekuntia sadan retkeilyreitille Elden-vuorelle. Löydät itsesi ilahduttavan viileänä kesällä, kun korkeus Flagstaffissa on 7000 jalkaa. Hauskoja aktiviteetteja ovat Flagstaffin upeat retkeily- ja pyöräilymahdollisuudet sekä hiihto ja lumilautailu AZ Snowbowlissa, Sedonassa ja Oak Creek Canyonissa arvostetuimmilla vaelluksilla, nähtävyyksillä ja ostoksilla sekä ostoksilla ja ruokailuilla Downtown Flagstaffissa. Disappointing departure
My sisters and I celebrated our mom’s 93rd birthday at the farmhouse. Everything was wonderful until the morning of our last full day there. We awoke to frigid temperatures in the home at 59 degrees and could not get it to heat up. After communicating with the owner, I checked the WiFi and found that it had disconnected. After reconnecting, still no change other than 1 degree in 2 hours and I believe that was due to the fireplace. Considering it was 9am and we had been trying for several hours we decided to check out and get a couple of hotel rooms as I wanted to make sure my mom was taken care of. I informed the owner we would be out by 11:00 and inquired about a refund for that day. She later messaged me and said they had a service tech coming out between the hours of 1:00-4:00. I again, inquired about a refund for the day and was later told that the service man came out at 2:30 and said nothing was wrong, however, I was never told WHY the heater wouldn’t come on. Early on, I even provided a photo of the “holding” error message on the thermostat. For the inconvenience, I would have at least expected a partial refund. The house was freezing and there was no compassion for the situation at hand.

Impeccable!
Hands down the nicest place we have stayed (and we have stayed everywhere!) Stunning but very comfortable. Every space was used to its fullest potential. Wowed by all of the fixtures, artwork, rugs, furniture but also felt right at home. Home was exactly as pictured. Superbly maintained and CLEAN! We could have easily housed 3 families (and will probably do just that on our next visit!) Everything that you could ever want/need in a home; including toiletries, paper towels, dishwashing detergent and alllll of the spices and dishes that you could ever wish for to name just a few, were there at our disposal which is a huge “plus” for those of us who traveled by plane and were anticipating having to buy all of the “basics.” Also- LOCATION! Such a perfect spot in a very nice, quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees and birds. A few minutes from downtown, 30 minutes to SnowBowl, an hour to the Grand Canyon or Sedona. Just perfect. Can’t wait to make a trip back to Flagstaff! Also- communication was extraordinary. Very personal and easy to work with. Thank you Velvet and family for sharing your wonderful home with us!

The house was beautifully decorated for the holiday, very well appointed! The linen smelled very fresh and was very comfortable! We had an issue w cob webs in the bedrooms, one w a large spider attached to it. The Master on main floor was significantly colder than the rest of the house. We used the in home chef recommended by owners and that should be a must do! Very pretty property!

Outstanding property
Our family came to Flagstaff for my sister’s wedding, 6 of us, including our 86 year old Dad. This gorgeous property is exactly as stated with extremely comfortable beds, quality sheets and towels, hot tub, several relaxing outdoor areas, nice big washer/dryer and every kitchen amenity you could want or need. We would absolutely stay here again, owners were great and responsive, 5 stars.

We enjoyed our time at the farmhouse very much! We were able to relax and cook with our family! This home is a great spot for large groups ! There is a trail head very close to the house which was very nice! The owners are very responsive to any questions ! I would tell everyone there are stairs involved getting into house! Just a heads up if anyone has a guest with walking difficulties.

Fabulous getaway that felt like home.
The home is exactly what we were hoping for. From the minute you enter the house you feel at home. Velvet and Jeff did a fabulous job decorating. The beds are super comfortable. The bathrooms are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked which is so appreciated when bringing your family. We loved spending time cooking, relaxing on the patio, playing games and enjoying Flagstaffs trails, pickleball courts and downtown eateries. The neighborhood is quiet. The hot tub was clean and hot! Great for the cool nights. We would love to stay again. A definite gem!

This was our second visit to this rental house. The owners are extremely attentive. They take excellent care of the home. Everything was great for our family of 5 and two dogs. The yard is perfect for dogs. The house's upgrades in the bathrooms and front entry are HUGE improvements.

Beautiful stay unfortunately cut short
Everything about the house was just perfect from communication to amenities. Unfortunately, my mom got a severe UTI and had to be taken to the hospital in Phoenix so I only stayed there for one of the three nights. I’m so sad I didn’t get to experience the bathtub or the hot tub or any of the great stuff but I hope to come back again sometime. You guys were lovely and I’m just sad that it turned out the way it did.

Mixed Experience at Farmhouse on Adrianne
Positive Aspects: The location of Farmhouse on Adrianne is ideal, offering a close proximity to town while still providing a serene mountain atmosphere, which we found delightful. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the size of the home was perfect for accommodating our family of 8 or 4 couples, with separate rooms and dedicated bathrooms. The bathrooms were very nicely done. Areas for Improvement: However, there were several aspects of our stay that fell short of expectations. The furniture throughout the house, from the kitchen chairs to the couches, was stained and in poor condition. Notably, we encountered a strong pet urine smell on the Sofa Sac (Bean Bags), which was quite unpleasant. The kitchen cookware was also in terrible shape, prompting us to purchase our own pans due to concerns about the Teflon coating coming off. Additionally, the kitchen supplies were not adequately stocked for a group of our size, with only 2 rolls of paper towels and no napkins provided. We also found the kitchen faucet to be loose and difficult to use without making a mess. Furthermore, the overall condition of the house left much to be desired. There were visible signs of wear and tear, such as peeling paint on laundry room door jamb, and stained kitchen concrete countertops. Basic maintenance and repairs are needed to bring the property up to the expected standard, especially considering the price of the rental. Just as described
Our family of 4 adults and two children and 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. We celebrated Thanksgiving a week early. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals. We cooked almost all of our meals here. Everyone had their own place to sleep. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The backyard is completely fenced in for dogs. Many vacation rentals we have stayed in say they have a fenced in yard only to find gaps where our small dogs can escape but this yard is truly escape proof. The spa was clean and heated. I would highly recommend this home.

We had a great stay at the Farmhouse while in Flagstaff for a wedding. Great home for family and friends. Great outdoor and indoor entertainment space. Be prepared to climb some steps as the home is well above street level. We would stay here again.
