The Space:
1-story home nestled in the foothills of Lookout Mountain, only a 15-minute drive from downtown Chattanooga.

Guest Access:
Guests may enter through the back door by entering the code provided into the smart lock.

The Neighborhood:
Our cottage is situated at the foot of Lookout Mountain in beautiful Flintstone, Georgia. While our cozy escape provides plenty of privacy, it's only a 5-minute drive to the town of St. Elmo where you can find many restaurant, bars, and attractions and a 15-minute drive to downtown Chattanooga.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving your vehicle or ride sharing via Uber, Lyft, etc.

- No unauthorized parties $500 FINE + Immediate Eviction
- No smoking/vaping/e-cigarette use $500 FINE
- No unauthorized pets $500 FINE
- No loud music outdoors after 10pm or before 9am $100 FINE
- No unauthorized guests $500 FINE per guest
- No fireworks $2,000 FINE + Immediate Eviction
- No glitter or confetti $100 FINE
- No street parking $100 FINE (Park in driveway ONLY)
