Fun themed stay in Florence
Really fun decorations and a very cozy stay. Every detail in the room has a design element. Location is pretty central and we were able to walk everywhere.

This is our second time staying at the hotel, and we absolutely love it. We took our parents in April and came back as just a couple in November. The hotel is super cool and has everything you need. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and very clean. You cannot beat the location of this hotel, It’s a five minute walk for everything. The staff are great and very friendly, always happy to help and be on hand, should you need anything. We will come back to Florence next year and definitely stay here again!

Fabulous hotel, excellent location, very quirky with Hell or Heaven rooms, have tried both, so different but both as good. Great atmosphere, big rooms, amazing toiletries and free water and beer. Decor throughout very well thought out. Restaurant evening dining extremely good, gets very busy. Breakfast good choice of hot and cold, highly recommend.

The check-in experience with the wonderful Olga was outstanding. She could not have been more warmer, kinder, helpful or more welcoming. The surprise room upgrade and early check-in was a lovely surprise. The service from everyone was great during our stay and the property was super cool, trendy but warm and homely at the same time. The location was amazing and could not have been better, so I definitely highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home whilst visiting Florence !!!!

How do I begin. The experiences from our check in until check out of this hotel were outstanding. My partner and I enjoyed staying here a lot. Friendly staff, nice room decorations, cozy atmosphere at the lobby. We will definitely rebook here again for next visit!

VERY cool, unique hotel. This property offers an eclectic experience while giving you the reliability and consistency of a modern American hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke English perfectly. The location could not be more conveniently placed to walk to all the cathedrals, museums, galleries and restaurants. And the room was fun! The Inferno room is definitely worth a shot if you’re into dark, exotic, mysterious themes. 10/10 would come back again
