Huoneisto stragically sijaitsee historiallisessa keskustassa Firenze, edessä rautatieasemalta, neljännessä kerroksessa hissi, mahtuu perhe jopa enintään 6 henkilöä.

Huoneisto sijaitsee vain kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaikista kaupungin tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä: kongressikeskus, messukeskus, Piazza Duomo, Galleria degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria ja paljon muuta.

Firenzen Peretolan kansainvälinen lentokenttä (FLO) on 20 minuutin päässä taksilla tai linja-Santa Maria Novellan rautatieasemalle on vain 30 metriä. Taksiasema on 20 metriä; Shuttle / Pisan lentokentältä (PSA) on 30 metriä.

Great spot in lovely Firenze!
This was a lovely place to stay for my husband & I & our 3 adult children. Alberto was very nice to work with & responsive to any questions we had. This location was great & in walking distance to all major attractions. It was perfect for us to be able to walk across the street from the train station after a very long day of travel! Would definitely recommend & would like to stay here again if we are lucky enough to make it back to Florence some day!

Lovely apartment
Alberto met us when our train arrived and assisted with the luggage. He always answered promptly when we had a question. He made sure by checking in with us that things were going well. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Beds very comfortable. Modern showers. Even has standing fans in each bedroom. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Safe, Clean Apartment with Great Host Next to S.M.N. Train Station
Alberto’s apartment perfectly met our needs. It is located across the street from the S.M.N. train station, making it a perfect location for those interested in taking day trips by train. The building is very secure. Popular Firenze points of interest are no more than a 15 to 20 minute walk. A good supermarket is just around the corner. Many restaurants & coffee shops are nearby. The amenities most important to us (e.g. WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen appliances, washer & safe) all worked great. What made our stay EXCEPTIONAL was the host, Alberto. While we didn’t contact him often, whenever we did, he always responded promptly. When we arrived, he walked us through the apartment explaining how everything works. Midway through our stay, he checked in with us to see if all was OK. Alberto’s thoughtfulness & professionalism distinguishes him as an exceptional vacation rental host. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so! Grazie Mille!

Luxurious apartment and walkable to everthing
This apartment is super nice and in a great location. The check in was great- the host let us and walked us through the entrance / keys and apartment amenities. It was well appointed- ample towels and bedding plus coffee pods and bathroom soaps/shampoo. The place is very modern and recently remodeled. The location next to the train station is convenient (15min walk) to the major sites and don’t miss the central market for lots of good food options. Ice balcony with washer dryer and lots of kitchen utensils make the place great for a long stay. I would book this place again and again. Nice view of the train station, and the elevator makes the 4th floor location a bonus.

A beautifully appointed apartment across the street from the train station. Safe and secure. Very comfortable. All the amenities one could expect. Alberto was very responsive and checked in during our stay (via message ) to make sure all was well. Highly recommend. Would happily stay at Alberto’s place the next time we are in Florence.

Visiting Florence made easy
The apartment is across from the train station. Easily accessible and quiet. Very nice. Great access to the city and sights. Definitely a plus for visiting Florence. There is a car park but, coming via train is awesome.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT VERY CLOSE TO THE TRAIN STATION
My wife and I really enjoyed our 1 week stay at this apartment, located across the street from the train station. The host, Alberto and his wife, met us at check-in and fully explained the features of the apartment. The building was very safe and secure and has an elevator which is very handy for luggage at check-in and check-out. The large 2 bedroom apartment has a good size living room and a well-equiped kitchen with a large refrigerator. We ate all of our breakfasts and several dinners at the dining table that seats 4 people. There are 2 grocery stores only 1 block away and many restaurant options close by. The king bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and the room was quiet and dark - all helpful for a good night's sleep. The showers had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Alberto was an excellent host and always promptly responded to any question. We highly recommend this VRBO in Florence.

I have rented apartments in Florence each year for the past 10 years. This is the most comfortable, spacious and convenient apartment. Well equipped and great location. The owner greeted us and provided all the info we needed on our arrival. Quiet apartment with elevator, good view and equipped with electric blinds to cut out light for sleeping. Within all major attractions. Would definitely stay here again next year.

Very nice apartment in the perfect location
My family stayed here for 6 nights. We have two college age children, so the size worked out perfectly with the 2nd bedroom having two separate beds. The place was very clean. The owner was very accommodating and flexible. He was extremely responsive, and checked on us after the first day. The location across from the main train station was perfect for early day trips, and within walking distance to everything the city has to offer. There were several laminated guides in the room with tons of information. We loved Florence and will stay here when we can return. I highly recommend this place.

Loved the apartment, right across the street from the train station. Alberto was friendly and very through at check in. Communication with Alberto was excellent. Wonderful in Every Way
My husband and I traveled with my brother and Sister-in-Law. We could not have been more pleased with Alberto’s lovely apartment. Alberto was wonderful! We arrived earlier than check in time and he graciously allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment as it was being cleaned. I’ve never stayed at a VRBO that was set up so nicely for guests. Alberto thought of everything that one might need to be comfortable. He was always just a text away if we had any questions and answered promptly. The apartment is located in a wonderfully convenient area close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and has an elevator which was wonderful for bringing luggage up to the apartment. I would definitely recommend this listing! 😊

Five of us stayed in Alberto’s roomy, clean, and nicely designed two bedroom apartment with elevator. The location across the street from the train station made it so easy to access taxi’s, tour meeting point, as well as buses. Loved the grocery store being around the corner. Highly recommend.

Very attractive, spacious, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on 4th (top) floor of secure elevator building across from Santa Maria Novello (SMN) train station. 5 minute walk to tram from airport (the Unita stop is even more convenient than the SMN stop). Carrefour and Conad grocery stores just around the corner. Highly recommend.

Awesome place
Superbe et spacious apartment.Modern and functional. Very safe building. Fully equipped. Extremely clean. Just across the street from Santa Maria novella train station which could be noisy at night if sleeping in the front bedroom. Host Alberto very nice and welcoming. Was waiting for us when we got out of the train station. Gave us a grand tour of the apartment. He checked on us 2 days later to make sure everything was ok. He had a map of the city for us as well as all the majors attractions, churches, museums. Grocery store right at the corner. Washing machine on the premises and self-service laundromat near by. Lots of restaurants, shops and more. We definitely recommend this apartment.
