Valoisa huoneisto, täydellinen viettämään unohtumattomia päiviä kauniissa Firenzessä.
Sijaitsemme Porta Romanassa, muinaismuurien eteläisimmällä alueella, yhdellä tärkeimmistä pääsyreiteistä Firenzen historialliseen keskustaan, 800 metrin päässä Palazzo Pittiä ja 1 km: n päässä jalka Ponte Vecchiosta ja historiallisesta keskustasta. Olemme myös Piazzale Michelangelon juurella: Firenzen parveke upealla kukkuloiden kadulla, joka on ihanteellinen paikka rentoutumiseen ja lenkkeilyharjoitteluun sekä Forte Belvedereen.
Taloon, aivan rajoitetun liikennealueen ulkopuolelle, pääsee helposti autolla, bulevardien kautta ja myös moottoritieltä, pysäköintimahdollisuus tai yksityinen autotalli (varaamalla etukäteen).
Asuinalueella on hyvät palvelut, talon alla löydät kaiken tarvitsemasi, pankin, ravintolat, pizzeriat, baarit, apteekit, ruokakaupat, putiikit, taksit, bussipysäkit ja CitySightseeing-tyyppiset turistibussit.
Olemme hyvin lähellä kaupungin keskustaa ja rautatieasemaa.
Huoneisto on hiljainen, valoisa ja panoraamanäkyvä, sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa, portaita varten on kiivetä, ja koostuvat seuraavista: eteinen, olohuone vuodesohvalla ja ruokailutila, keittiö, jääkaapilla varustettu, induktioliesi, uuni, astianpesukone, uuni mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, pesukone.
Kaksi king-size-hengen makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa oma kylpyhuone. Kaksi makuutilaa on erotettu toisistaan kokonaan ovilla, ja ne sallivat täydellisen yksityisyyden.
Pieni terassi jaettu toisen asunnon kanssa.

February 2025 Trip from Boston to Florence
This home provided the perfect place for our group of four to stay while we spent a week exploring Florence. The apartment was comfortably furnished, clean and well-equipped. We walked easily into the city each day - about 30 mins and quite safe (you must cross a traffic circle, but there are crosswalks - and traffic always stopped for us). This home allowed us to spend time together in a cozy environment just outside of the busy city, without feeling as though we were too far from anything. There are restaurants, a bank, cafe bar, gelato, etc steps from the apartment as well. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. They helped make our experience pleasant and memorable.

Patrizia and Stefano are wonderful hosts. Smooth communication, very helpful in every way. They even kept a parking spot for us available on the street upon our arrival!We stayed there over Christmas, they were so thoughtful and even had a Christmas tablecloth and Christmas decorations.The apartment is very clean and offers all the comfort to stay and explore Florence. You can easily walk to the old city.Supermarket is closeby and the kitchen is fully equipped.We definitely would come back and stay at Patrizia and Stefano’s place again!Thank you!

Our return visit was just as wonderful as our first stay!
It was so nice to arrive and see the friendly waves and smiling faces of Patrizia and Stefano welcoming us. What a perfect place to use as home base to share the beautiful city of Firenze with our daughter and her husband. It was just as delightful, clean, well equipped, comfortable and nicely decorated as we remembered from our first stay. So happy that the DiladdArno Holiday Home was available. First time in Florence
This is a perfect location to stay to get into the old town and all the must see locations yet just far enough away to have a bit of quiet and not far from a beautiful walk into a residential park area. Great restaurants right on the same street. Easy access to public transportation. Comfortable beds! And the host met us at the apartment and showed us around. Almost unheard these days. And a good bottle of wine to go with our eat in pizza first night meal. 10/10 Miles pizza is great.

Wonderful hosts. Perfect accommodations for us.
The hosts , Patrizia and Stefano greeted us upon our arrival , explained ins and outs of apt., area etc and how to contact them if we needed anything. Provided suggestions on dining. The apt is in a good location within reasonable walking distance to most sites and city central.It was spacious , clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen well supplied and even left a complimentary bottle of wine which is a nice touch for a visit to Florence.The shower is quite small so may be difficult for a larger person but we found this to be the case in other accommodations here as well. They also have heat pumps which I imagine would be key in the summer months.The city is beautiful and so much history and things to experience. The food is delicious .. we loved the thin crust pizza and there is a cafe or quaint restaurant on every corner.. we found those in the tourist business in particular to be very friendly and helpful and almost everyone spoke English quite well because sadly, our Italian was limited to a few words. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend Patrizia and Stafano’s place.

Stefano and Patricia did a very nice job of welcoming us and making sure we knew what was nearby and how to get around. This rental is wonderful if you like to walk. We took the bus up to Piazza Michaelangelo and walked back. Boboli Gardens, just down the street was delightful. there were so many good restaurants nearby. It was nice to be a little bit away from the very busy heart of Florence.

Sehr sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmer, was sehr angenehm war. Gut isolierte Fenster, dadurch war es kein Problem, dass die Wohnung an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt. Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und super eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt in Florenz braucht. Bis zur Ponte Vecchio sind es zu Fuß nur 20 Minuten. Sehr netter Vermieter.

We stayed at this lovely flat for several days while touring Firenze. It was a lovely flat with everything you could need and central walkable location to town and cathedral. The owners were very kind and provided great info before we arrived as well as checking to make sure things were ok during our stay - great communications with us. Highly recommend this flat - you won’t be disappointed.

Spent 5 nights staying here. Communication from Stefano the owner was excellent. It's a bit out of the centre and around 15 mins walk to the Ponte Veccio bridge. However it allows you to explore a more local side to Florence and some much more authentic eating exoeriences away from the massive amounts of tourists in the centre. We tended to spend our days in the centre and nights closer to the apartment. Would definitely recommend for families or small groups who don't mind walking and discovering the more authentic sides to a city.

Perfect in every way
Stefano and Patrizia have a beautiful apartment in a lovely Florence neighborhood. My husband and two children (ages 15 and 13) stayed for 5 nights and we didn’t want to leave. The apartment is away from the tourist crush and allowed us to walk into the action each day and stop by grocery stores, restaurants, and gelato stand on the at home each night. The apartment has three separate sleep spaces, which provides privacy for all family members. The two bathrooms are large and there is a beautiful new washing machine in the apartment. Everything is spotlessly clean and it has a large fridge and kitchen fully stocked with all cooking tools. Stefano made us dinner reservations in advance. The best meal we had in Florence’s was his recommendation and a 5 minute walk from our front door (Trattoria del Reggerio). Thank you for an amazing stay.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my 2 daughters. It was a wonderful stay. The hosts were so kind and helpful and even met us as we arrived and helped with our bags. The place is immaculate and very well stocked and we knew if we needed anything we could just send a text, but we never had to. The location is great and we walked to everything at all hours of the day!

Amazing hosts. Very responsive and helpful. The pictures don’t do the apartment justice. It’s even much cuter in person. Loved the AC. Very clean. Great decor. Very close to catch a cab. Excellent gelato on the corner. Love the plugs at nightstand level. Bathrooms were great although one bathroom shower is very tiny, but can use the hall bathroom. We had to cross the river to do many of our tours, So just be aware, there’s a bit of walking or taking a cab To get to many of the tourist attractions. Florence was amazing and so was the apartment. Five stars.

Hosts Stefano and Patrizia were the friendliest people! The property is immaculate with two full bathrooms. The property is a 2 minute walk from the entrance to Piazza Romana, where the best Firenze experiences begin. Dont miss Mila's Pizzeria right next door. We will definitely stay here again.
