Tyylikäs ja viihtyisä huoneisto lähellä kaupungin keskustaa aivan ztl-alueen ulkopuolella, siis vaivattomasti, jos sinulla on auto. Olemme 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin keskustasta ja 25 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Duomosta, Uffizzi-galleriasta, Piazza Signoriasta, Daavid-patsaasta, Ponte Vecchiosta jne. Ja hyviä ostosmahdollisuuksia! Voit mennä bussilla, jos haluat. Se on miellyttävä kävelymatka leivonnaisten ja kahviloiden kanssa matkan varrella. Huoneisto on tilava, ilmava ja valoisa. Lähellä on leipuri, teurastaja, pesula, viinikauppa ja ruokakauppa. Erittäin kätevä ja ihanteellinen sijainti kaukana melusta, mutta kävelymatkan päässä kaikista nähtävyyksistä. Kaunis Villa Fabbricotti, Stibbert-puisto ja museo ovat aivan takana ja kävelyetäisyydellä Giardino del'Orticoltura -kadusta kauniine viherhuoneineen.
Asunnomme on uusittu hiljattain. Käytimme korkealaatuisia kalusteita läpi. Se on tyylikäs ja mukava, ja siinä on ajan tasalla olevat mukavuudet. Upouusi suunnittelijakylpyhuone, jossa uudet kalusteet. Tilavassa kahden hengen olohuoneessa on iso vuodesohva ja se voidaan sulkea liukuovilla. Tämä tarjoaa täydellisen yksityisyyden ja sitä käytetään 3. makuuhuoneena. Makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Toinen kylpyhuone on käytävällä.
Huoneistossa on 2 parveketta ja tilava tunne. Rajoittamaton wifi-yhteys, ilmastointi, liinavaatteet ja verot ovat kaikki mukana. Ei piilotettuja kustannuksia. Se on toisessa kerroksessa hissillä. Koko on 115 neliömetriä.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Museo Stibbert (museo). Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Ein großartiger Workation-Aufenthalt
Wir hatten einen ganz wunderbaren vierwöchigen Workation-Aufenthalt in Ritas Wohnung: Sie ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die immer für uns erreichbar war. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und die Lage sehr zentral (gute Trambahn-Anbindung und auch zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum). Der Supermarkt um die Ecke ist sehr praktisch und es gibt einige gute Lokale (Pantarei ist sehr empfehlenswert) in der Nachbarschaft. Schön sind natürlich die beiden Balkone in der Wohnung, die gemütlichen Wohnzimmer und zwei neu ausgestattete Bäder. Alles ist stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet (inklusive Klimananlage und Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern) und sehr sauber. Das WLAN ist perfekt zum Arbeiten und es sind zwei Schreibtische vorhanden. Kurz: Wer Florenz unbeschwert in den „eigenen vier Wänden“ genießen möchte, ist bei Rita goldrichtig! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Wonderful apartment minutes from Florence city-centre
Rita was a wonderful host so responsive & accomodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable & just a 10 minute walk & 10 minute tram ride to the city centre of Florence. We loved that it was away from the hustle & bustle of downtown & felt very safe. A little fruit , veggie & clothing market is held daily nearby & grocery store around the corner. The beds are super comfortable. A fantastic choice if visiting Florence. My sister & I loved this place.

Beautiful apartment close to Florence city center
This apartment is beautiful and spacious. My husband and I spent a month here. Our son, daughter in-law and 2 year old granddaughter joined us for a couple of weeks and the apartment was big enough to allow us all to have our own space. It is a pleasant 10 min walk to the tram and the tram arrives frequently. Overall time to Florence train station is about 20 minutes. This property is perfect if you want to be close to the city but in a quiet neighborhood. Rita and Richard were amazing. Very quick to answer questions and made excellent suggestions for restaurants and day trips. There is a nice park a few minutes from the apartment, which my granddaughter loved. A perfect place to stay while you are in Florence.

A beautiful stay in Florence
We were so excited to find this location in Florence. The property is outstanding. It's in a nice quiet area with a grocery store less than 1 minute from leaving the apartment. Easy access to transit but honestly only 20 minutes walking and you're downtown. Both Rita and Richard were quick to respond to any questions that we had and their recommendations for restaurants did not disappoint. We know where will be staying when we return to Florence. Grazie for a beautiful stay.

We loved the apartment. It was spacious, comfortable, beautiful- we cooked in, and went out, and had a very nice time. We did not meet Rita, our hostess, but she was easy to get in touch with and she reached out to make sure we found the apartment and had everything we needed. It was very easy to get there via tram and a bit of walking from Santa Maria Novella train station. Richard met us and competently oriented us to everything from the locks to the appliances, to the local pizzeria, market, corner bar, and supermarket (around the corner- super convenient) and we had interesting conversation with him as well. We had a wonderful long weekend. Thank you!

Lovely apartment in easy walk to downtown Florence
Our flight was delayed and Rita's friend Richard patiently waited for us to arrive and checked us in. He told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and even directed us to a local pizza place that could give us a late takeout. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with a nice dining table for 4 and two small balconies that each seat two, a living area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with good showers. The apartment was a comfortable 20 minute walk to the train station or the middle of Florence for me and my 15 year old son but the same walk home was a little long for my 75 year old mother at the end of the day. Kitchen was well equipped and there is a grocery market 1 block away for everything we needed for meals. Rita was very attentive and checked in periodically to make sure we were doing ok. I can absolutely give this apartment a positive recommendation.

Perfecto! Perfecto! Perfecto!
Rita's place was perfect for my family of 6. We received such a warm welcome and the perfect amount of communication throughout our stay. The host was very responsive to all of our needs and we found the place to be ideally located...just on the outskirts. We walked everywhere with no problems. Our group consists of 3 college students, 1 middle schooler, and my wife and I. The grocery store is right around the corner which served us well. Would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Florence.

Beautiful, roomy apartment with large beds!
Our adult family of 5 had a comfortable stay here. Good location if you like a light walk with the Duomo and museums about a mile away. Apartment was VERY clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen with all we needed to cook an authentic Italian meal. Rita answered all questions quickly so no complaints about anything. Would stay here again!!

Friendly and Cozy place to stay
Very nice apartment. It was cleaned and met our expectations. The tram is not far from the place and they are all types of services in the area. Everything was fine. Good communication with the owner who was available at anytime for our questions. She was very helpful by suggesting restaurants and places we can visit and also she refers other friends for more information. No complain, only instructions for garbage was not given up front so we had to as her what to do.

Nice apartment
A nice apartment. A moderate/long walk to attractions but nice to be outside enjoying a different culture. Owner and host were great - answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations for food/gelato, bank and trams. Were met at the tram and walked to the apartment - this was great after a day of travel. Worked with our schedule for a late check in and what time we could get to Firenze based on a class schedule. Had a small issue with the breaker being off for the electric lighting of the stove and microwave was in the process of being replaced. Grocery store and restaurants were close by. Enjoyed walking in the rain with the umbrellas provided. Appreciated having a washer/dryer combo unit to do a small load of laundry and dry our clothes! Would want to stay closer to the sites next time but would not rule this apartment out.

Spectacularly clean, comfortable and convenient apartment
Two couples comfortably stayed in this exceptionally clean, well equipped and perfectly located apartment. We were warmly greeted by property local manager and made aware of apartment equipment operation (air conditioning, cooking gas, door locks, window shutters, etc). We also had easy, open communication with the owner. All amenities were absolutely as expected, the furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and the two bathrooms were newly updated. The apartment is bright and spacious and offers two dining seating areas as well as two living rooms. Bedrooms were large. Fully air conditioned apartment was most appreciated during the week we stayed. Elevator made for easy transport of luggage in and out. We could not have asked for a better home away from home! Location was a convenient walk down two blocks to the tram that took you right into Piazza Santa Maria Novella and downtown Florence. There was a daily food market right out the door each morning and a lovely grocery just steps around the corner …also a small coffee, tobacco & pastry shop right downstairs. We enjoyed two lovely restaurants recommended by owner within easy walk in neighborhood. You can also walk through lovely neighborhoods to downtown Florence in about 20-30 minutes from this location. It was great to be away from the very crowded downtown area and we felt very safe in the neighborhood! You will not be disappointed if you rent this beautiful apt!

Four days in Florence
Where to start.. first everything was great. The room had all the comforts and amenities of home. It was very clean and everything worked as it should. Sadly we didn’t catch up with Rita however, Richard checked us in. He was very helpful and informative, how to work things in the apartment, where to eat, drink, or just places to go. He even made a dinner reservation for us. Yes I ate that whole steak! Anyway, we really did enjoy our stay in Florence and having a clean safe place to stay made it just a little better. Took us a few days to acclimate and get to know our way around. This property is off the beaten path and a quiet neighborhood. As we were 4 seniors we found it a little bit far to get downtown so took a lot of taxis! The property itself is lovely and Rita and Richard were excellent hosts!! They helped us with trains and trams and called cabs for us! Very accommodating!!

L appartement est très beau, très fonctionnel et plutôt bien placé dans Florence (20 minutes à pied de la cathédrale). Il est très agréable à vivre et très bien équipé. De plus il y’a un parking gratuit pas loin du logement ce qui est très appréciable à Florence! Cependant nous avons été embêtés par les insectes durant notre séjour. Nous avons vu plusieurs cafards dans l appartement et lorsque nous avons défaits nos lits nous avons trouvé des larves d insectes sur un matelas (cela ressemblait à des larves de poissons d argent) Rita nous a fourni des produits pour lutter contre les cafards et a fait venir la femme de ménage pour qu elle re-nettoie l appartement dès que nous lui avons dit qu il y avait des cafards mais ça n a pas suffit pour les faire disparaître. En dehors de ces mésaventures l appartement est vraiment très bien et conforme à la description de l annonce.

Great place in Florence!
We LOVED Rita’s property. She truly thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and functional. Fully functioning kitchen, great living space and spacious bedrooms. The neighborhood was great and lots of good spots within walking distance. Would highly recommend for any group needing a place in Italy!

5 Days in Florence
The four of us enjoyed our stay. Location was not far from the tram to get you to the city center. There was a grocery store and small café just around the corner that we found very convenient. The apartment was well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Richard who I believe is a cohost was incredibly helpful in every way you can imagine. Any time we had questions or even needed help finding a doctor he was on it and offered his assistance at any time. This was crucial on this trip, because two of us became ill during our stay.

Lovely apartment 20mins walk from centre
Communication from Rita excellent and kept us informed about everything you’d need. In a lovely quiet area, nice to get away from the crowds. A 20min walk into the centre. A local supermarket just round the corner and plenty of places to get coffee. All I n all a lovely few days

Lovely stay in Firenze
Wonderfully spacious and appointed apartment. The location allowed both easy access and tranquil respite from the city center.Rita was incredibly responsive with all our communication and needs. Recommendations on transportation and restaurants were spot on. We can only hope to return. Grazie Mille!
