LUXURY Asunto Santa Maria Novellassa, Rodolfo Suite

Litteä Rodolfo on juuri remontoitu 200 metrin päässä Santa Maria Novellan rautatieasemalta ja 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Duomosta ja Firenzen nähtävyyksistä. Erittäin hiljainen ja kauniisti sisustettu, siinä on kaikki mukavuudet, kuten langaton internet, iso TV, olohuone vuodesohvalla, rentouttava terassi, keittiö, 2 kylpyhuonetta, kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta vaatekaapeilla, makuuhuone, jossa kaksi erillistä sänkyä sängyt ja vauvan sänky. Sijaintinsa ja mukavuutensa ansiosta Rodolfo on täydellinen sekä pitkään että lyhytaikaisesti.

Residenssimme sijaitsee Santa Maria Novellan naapurustossa, missä sijaitsevat upeat Santa Maria Novellan basilikat, Santa Maria Novellan apteekki, Novecento-museo ja muut kauneudet. Naapuruus on kaupungin keskipiste, jossa on Santa Maria Novellan keskusasema, Santa Maria Novellan keskusasema. Asunnot ovat 5 minuutin päässä Arno-joesta, Duomosta, 10 minuutin päässä Ponte Vecchiosta ja Palazzo Vecchiosta.

Huoneisto on 200 metrin päässä keskusasemalta, linja-autoasemalta, joka yhdistää kaupungin lentokentän kanssa helmikuusta 2018 alkaen.
Meillä on sopimus parkkipaikan kanssa 200 metrin päässä sijainnistamme, jonka perusteella voimme tarjota seuraavat hinnat:
- jokaisesta 26 tunnin oleskelusta 21 euroa pienille autoille;
- jokaisesta 26 tunnin oleskelusta, 25 euroa maastoautolta, isot autot.
Tämä huoneistohotelli sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Historiallinen keskusta. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Very Nice!
Property is in a central location to the train station. Property manager allowed us to store our bags earlier than check-in which we very much appreciated. Not sure why we have to pay for "extra room / sheet service" as I would think that would all be rolled into the cost.... but these fees are in the write-up so..... The place served our needs and I would recommend.

Great hosts and location, tight on space, lots of stairs
Communication from beginning to end was excellent! Great location. The property is very clean and well stocked. however the photos are deceiving. Not sure what qualifies this as a "luxury" flat but the rooms are much smaller than the pictures indicate. The kitchen is very narrow and the "terrace" fits only 2 people even though the flat technically sleeps 8. It is also up 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and 2 of the bedrooms are up another flight so make sure you are up to that!

Wonderful stay!
Mamta met us at the flat. She let us check in early. The flat is very close to everything. Walking distance to all. The flat is very clean and has all the amenities except a washer. Water pressure is excellent. There is plenty of hot water too. The AC worked perfect. WiFi was great! There is a small balcony that fr the kitchen. All in all it was a great stay. And we like definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Firenze Place to Stay!
The pictures on this listing do not do this property justice. It’s spacious and beautiful and super clean! High ceilings, beautiful kitchen and baths and comfy beds pair perfectly with its great location! You will be a stone’s throw from the main train station and a short walk to the Duomo and many other sites. Mamta gave us a warm welcome, showed us everything in the flat we needed and made us feel comfortable. Perfetto!

Exactly as advertised
This property is exactly as described. Be ready to go up stairs as this apartment is on the top floor. Communication was great and check in and check out was easy. AC worked perfectly. We were a group of 5 and my only complaint would be not a lot of places for evwryone to sit at the end of the day but we explored so much it didnt really matter.

Just okay
The owner of the property was nice and responded quickly. The apartment was clean, air units didn't work. The neighborhood was in walking distance to stores and sites but it was a very dirty area and the people were not as kind as smaller towns. There were more travelers then local people. It was a huge tourist spot. We have traveled all over Italy my advice is to stay out if major cities and vistis smaller towns where there are more locals.

Great stay with some small detractions
Mamta was great to communicate with and the location is very conveniently located for getting to the center, train station, and ponte vecchio areas. My only issues are that the flat is up 3 or 4 flights of stairs without an elevator, which I wish was advertised. Traveling with a lot of heavy luggage this was difficult.

An ideal location near train station and sightseeing
This was a wonderful experience. The communication was excellent and the property manager Mamta was helpful and gave useful info, as we traveled on holidays. She spoke perfect English. Read all the apartment info well and there will be no surprises. Yes, there are many stairs, this is typical of European apartments. The kitchen had the amenities needed - multiple types of coffee makers, plenty of utensils/plates and a dishwasher. There's a cute balcony, big enough for 2 people to enjoy the cafe table. Mosquitos are common in Florence, even in December. The overall cleanliness was very good, especially in the bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen. Location-wise, it is easy to walk to the city center, restaurants, the river, and shopping. We didn't have a car. I do recommend this property.

Jacopo met us near the train station and walked us to the apartment. Carried our bags upstairs. Explained everything in English. Location within short walking distance to the train station and about an easy mile walk to the city center and the Duomo and museums. Highly recommend.

Nice Place But Didn’t Get What We Paid For
It is nice place in a very convenient location near the train station and not too long of a walk from historic center. However, the air conditioning didn’t work in one room, so they just locked the door and charged us for the three bedroom apartment we paid for - no discount for not getting what was advertised

Great location!
The whole process was very smooth. Our host, Mamta, was super easy going and provided recommendations. Very accommodating and communication was excellent. This apartment is close to everything. Train stop is about a 5 min walk. Mostly all tourist locations are within walking distance. This apartment is on the third floor, in case you have mobility difficulties. The location of this apartment appeared safe. My husband and I worked during the morning, mid day and late evening without any issues. I recommend this apartment if you’re looking for less touristy and quiet area.

Large flat—good for a family stay
Although there are many stairs to enter the flat, it is very nice. All the beds are memory foam, but beware the sofa bed—it was not comfortable for our grown son. Maybe it would work for younger children. The upstairs has quite a low ceiling, but the downstairs/main level is airy and nice. There is a great little porch off the kitchen, which is small but has everything you need. There are two bathrooms, but only the maiN floor bath has a shower. The location is great and there is a little supermarket around the corner. Don’t let the unimpressive neighborhood worry you. The train station is quite close and the Duomo is a 15 minute walk. I would recommend this flat.

Appartement bien situé et communication rapide et efficace avec Mamta qui assure l’accueil et le bien-être des visiteurs! On le recommande vivement car tout est assez proche dont la gare de train Santa Maria Novella a 200 metres ainsi qu’une petite épicerie. Attention cependant car la chambre au second etage est petite et le plafond bas ainsi que dans le salle de bain de cet endroit. L’escalier pour y acceder est abrupt aussi. Merci a Mamta pour sa disponibilité et ses réponses rapides qui nous ont permis de ne jamais manquer de café!
