Ylellinen huoneisto, noin 85 m2, Firenzen historiallisen rakennuksen 6. ja ylimmässä kerroksessa, josta on näköala Duomolle, kellotorniin ja baptisteriaan. Täysin kunnostettu, varustettu hissillä, ilmastoinnilla, yhden lämmityksen, wi-fi, kaikki hieno kalustus, se koostuu:
1 kahden hengen huone, näkymä Duomolle ja kellotorniin nojatuolilla, työpöydällä, kaapelilla ja satelliitti-TV: llä;
1 makuuhuone näköalalla Duomo- ja kellotorniin, kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja ylellinen kylpyhuone, varustettu sohvalla, kirjoituspöytä, kaapeli-TV;
tulo;
Toinen kylpyhuone;
1 olohuone, jossa vuodesohva kahdelle, kaapeli ja satelliitti TV;
1 täysin varustettu keittiö;
1 tekninen osasto, jossa pilleri ja pesukonekuivain.
Pienen portaikon ansiosta pääset yläkertaan, josta löydät suuren jaetun terassin, josta on panoraamanäkymät suurimpaan osaan kaupunkia. Terassilta saat vaikutelman koskettaa muutaman metrin päässä rakennuksesta sijaitsevia Firenzen Duomoa, Campanilea ja baptisteriaa. Keskialue antaa sinun nauttia kaikista Firenzen kaupungin palveluista, kuten: historiallisesta keskustasta lukemattomilla monumenteilla, arvostetuilla kaupoilla, ravintoloilla, baareilla, tavarataloilla. Alueta palvelee myös taksipalvelu, autonvuokraus, polkupyörien vuokraus ja paljon muuta.

Amazing Location and View!
We booked this apartment for the view and it did not disappoint! The terrace views of the Duomo and the Florence skyline were fabulous! The location is perfect for anywhere you need to go in Florence. The apartment matched the photos exactly but is even more lovely in person. It was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were high-end. We loved having two bathrooms. Alessandra was such a big help checking us in and helping us throughout our stay. Crescenzo was extremely helpful as well! I would come back to this apartment in a heartbeat but I would stay a lot longer next time. We have very happy memories in this apartment along with our memories of Florence.

Absolutely Beautiful!
Very elegant apartment in an ideal location. Very comfortable for a family with 2 teens. Adorable kitchen and incredible rooftop view! Property management was very helpful and friendly. Fantastic area walkable to museums and public squares. You can hear the bells of Santa Maria Novella starting around 7 AM. We stayed over St. Stephen’s holiday. Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay, the location couldn't be more convenient to landmarks and great restaurants. Alessandra, the onsite manager was there to greet us, she was an absolute delight and our host was always available if we had any questions. We loved our stay. Easy to check in and grocery, everything nearby. My only tiny recommendation is that the 2 sconce lights in the common room were out. A floor lamp would be helpful too. Otherwise perfecto! Would definitely stay here again!

Best rooftop apartment in Florence!
We loved our stay here! The rooftop access was incredible with the view of the Duomo and Florence. The apartment was very spacious and we loved having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return someday! Grazie!

Walking distance to everything !
The apartment is conveniently located walking distance to the train station and everything we wanted to see in the city. We saw all the sites in Florence and didn’t need to take public transportation. The rooftop view is insanely beautiful and we were the only ones ever there. The added fee for extra guests was more than I would have anticipated. It was a perfect place for us to stay!

Wonderful stay in Florence
This apartment had an ideal location. It was very comfortable for my wife, adult daughter, and myself. The air conditioning was great during a heat wave in Florence. The outside terrace was a delight in the early evening hours. We very much appreciated the bowl of fruit and bottle of wine at our arrival. Having a lift in the building was a great benefit.

Very charming and clean. Perfect location between the duomo and palazzo vecchio. The view from the roof is breathtaking. The lisitng says there is laundry available, however, there is not a washer or dryer. There is an iron.

The apt was clean, well stocked, inviting and updated as shown in the pictures. We were warmly greeted and given instructions for using the apt. A lovely plate of fruit and a bottle of wine was waiting for us. Very thoughtful. The location was wonderful, a block from the Duomo and the view from the roof terrace was amazing. Plenty of room for 4 adults. A 5 star experience.

Great spot, great stay, great location
Location can't be beat! Right in the heart of everything. Coffee shops just downstairs. The unit was very nice! There's not as much of a view from within the apartment, however the rooftop which is just a flight of stairs away had a great view! Ale our check-in host was fantastic...very kind.
