Wonderful!
We loved our 3 nights in Firenze in this wonderful apartment! The location could not be better - close to the Duomo and within walking distance to all other sites and great restaurants. Lorenzo and Monica were very responsive and helpful. The rooftop patio is amazing - it's unfortunate that we had some rain when we were there and couldn't take full advantage of it. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Magical views, best location and great owner communication
This was our first trip to Italy. The location was perfect. Walkable to everything. Views from terrace were breathtaking! We used owner recommendations for private transfers, private chef and private guided walking tour. All were spectacular! One of our highlights was a restaurant recommendation for pienza. The most memorable view and food. We will be back!

Great location
The property looks exactly as pictured. We were 2 couples traveling together and the apartment worked out great. The host Lorenzo organized drivers to take us to San Gimignano which was the highlight of our trip.

Perfect stay in Florence
The apartment is an excellent choice for a visit to Florence. The most iconic attractions and historical nuggets are within walking distance. The view from the apartment is beautiful in every direction. The terrace is roomy and a relaxing place to enjoy a glass of wine. Very comfortable and stylish furnishings and there is every thing that is expected in a Five Star accommodation.

Excellence Location for Friends Trip
Beautiful, well-stocked apartment with an amazing balcony. Although we packed relatively light, the elevator was a welcomed feature as was the washing machine. Great communication with Lorenzo before and during the stay. His help to arrange a private car for a day trip to the countryside resulted in our group’s favorite part of the trip. The location was central to most things we had planned and was close enough for us to walk with our luggage to the train station. Excellent choice for your stay in Florence.

Beautiful Florence!
The penthouse unit is small but very nice. Terrific use of limited space and beautifully appointed. Had a magical stay with two adult daughters. Being able to sit out on the rooftop terrace and watch the beautiful sunset and listen to music after a day of sightseeing was so enjoyable. The views are amazing! The Duomo is right there! Our host, Lorenzo, was very friendly and responsive both before and during our stay. We never met Lorenzo but did meet Monica who was very nice and met us at the unit the day we arrived. We were able to drop off of our luggage at noon and go to lunch while the unit was finished being cleaned for us. The small binder of information provided made everything easy to find/operate. The location is perfect to see Florence as most sites are a short walk in this beautiful city. Renters should know that there are 100 steps to get to the living area of the unit (without using the small lift) but still about 40 steps if you use the lift. However, for us, it was worth it and we climbed all 100 steps each of the four days rather than use the lift. I am 71 years old and in reasonably good shape and I was able to do it. We would do it again!

Amazing property in the heart of Florence
The property is exactly as advertised. The host is very responsive and took care of anything we needed. The views from the rooftop deck are spectacular. Steps away from the Duomo, restaurants, and anything you could need. This is the perfect rental for any trip to Florence. We will definitely be back.

Lorenzo was a fantastic host for us. Rapidly responsive and able to fulfill any needs that might come up. Facile check in. Arranged for unforgettable trips to the Tuscany countryside with our driver Leonardo. And...need I say...unbelievable views of the Florence skyline to include breathtaking views of the Duomo --from our bed. Can imagine this being a fantastic honeymoon suite. Would/will happily return in the future

Magical Stay
It is impossible to overstate how lovely the views are from the terrace and the interior, wonderful location, Lorenzo made all our dinner reservations and facilitated day trips and private guided museum tours. As good or better service than you could expect from a 5 star hotel and a tremendous value.

Location location location! Amazing flat in the heart if it all.
Fantastic flat in the heart of Florence! This flat is right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (aka Duomo). The flat is on the top floor of the building, providing a quiet oasis and a much needed respite from the insanity on the streets below. Sitting on the beautiful patio you can hear the faint sounds of activity on the street and performers in the square in front of Basilica di San Lorenzo. Directly across the street is a full featured grocery store with reasonable prices and lovely restaurants and bars just steps from the front door. Great place to experience and enjoy Florence.

Perfect vacation location in Florence
We had a wonderful stay at our first vrbo. We are a retired couple, and were joined by a second couple for some of this week long stay. Communication, information and service level from this owner is top notch. Very quick to respond and very helpful with local guidance. The unit is lovely- comfortable and very clean. Beds are comfortable, water has good pressure. Plenty of hot water. All equipment worked- great instruction manual. Unit is very close to sights, grocery store, central market. Perfect for a stay to see central tourist attractions. Roof top is beautiful. Be aware that in rainy season outdoor seating gets very wet and takes a long time to dry. So it’s not too usable. Important to note. There is a small lift, but there are still stairs to navigate. Getting large suitcases in and out was a challenge - do not take it lightly. We used the lift on occasion but were more comfortable using the stairs. 97 each way if you don’t use the lift. Highly recommend this location for a couple or a family with children 5-15 or so. Close quarters for two couples. We will be back! Special thanks to our host who was very accommodating.

Great Property!

Perfect location and wonderful apartment! We loved our stay and Lorenzo was so helpful from beginning to end. The property was very clean and had a nice, modern kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 nice clean full bathrooms and an unbelievable view from the spacious terrace. Location is everything!
Everything about this apartment is perfect. Its location couldn't be more ideal. Centrally located in the heart of Florence and in walking distance to everything! The apartment is well designed for comfort and modern living. The views are spectacular from not only the windows, but even more so from the beautiful patio roof deck. We loved this apartment and can't wait come back again and again. Our host was super helpful in making suggestions and he was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had. 5 star!

I love Florence
I can't even articulate how much we enjoyed our trip and how integral Lorenzo was to making it wonderful. First of all his place is wonderful. It was well appointed, clean and beautiful. The outdoor space is amazing. As other reviews have noted Lorenzo was hugely helpful, far beyond what I have experience with any other property. Let me just list a few of Lorenzo's suggestions: - Borgo San Jacopo - Michelin one star restaurant, we went there to celebrate my birthday and anniversary, the best dining experience we have ever had. - Private Chef - Luca and Max came and cooked us dinner, it was delicious and they were absolute joys! Lorenzo arranged everything! - Private Guide for the Museums - Sara was lovely and knowledgeable. Not only did we better understand what we were looking at as a guide she got us to the front of the long line. You MUST see David if you go. It is like seeing Grand Canyon, you have to see it to fully appreciate it. - Osteria Vini e Vecchi - wonderful restaurant with excellent food and service. Lorenzo made the reservation. It may be the best vacation my family has ever had. Grazie Lorenzo, we hope to come back.

Perfect Location
The property was just as we expected. Right in the heart of Florence just a stones throw away from the Duomo and the city center. The roof top patio did not disappoint and the space was perfect for our time there. Highly recommend! As a side note: make sure to not that this property had a lot (and I do mean a lot) of stairs. Though there is a lift to get up and down there are stairs both in the apartment and stairs to get to the first level. Getting luggage up and down was no small feat.

Staying in this property was a highlight of our adventures in Italy! The space is clean, modern and functional. The terrace is icing on the cake, so comfortable and well appointed, with a view that can’t be beat! The location couldn’t be better, we really felt like part of the neighborhood, steps from restaurants, shops, and the main square. Just be aware, you need to be able to navigate at least one flight of stairs with your luggage; as long as you can handle that, don’t pass up the opportunity to stay in this property!

If we ever have opportunity to return to Florence, I will book this property. Lorenzo was an amazing host. Communication was always prompt. He made several dinner reservations for us and arranged for airport transfer. The apartment was clean and as pictured. We loved sitting on deck mornings and evenings . Location couldn’t be better. Grocery store, restaurants,shopping at your doorstep.

Absolutely perfect location and view in Florence
3 adults spent 3 lovely nights in this property. If you can rent this do it! The location is amazing and the view from the wonderful deck is amazing! We sat outside every morning and every night. The beds were comfortable and the home is stocked with everything you need. Lorenzo and his assistant were easy to communicate with and we were even met at the door upon arrival. The stairs are significant but the small elevator is a huge help. I would recommend this rental and would rent it again without a doubt. Loved our stay in Florence! Thanks so much!
