Haluatko rannan? Tervetuloa 4 kesätilaan! Erittäin tilava, päivitetty merenranta-koti sisältää 4 ylimitoitettua makuuhuonetta, 3 täyttä kylpyhuonetta, 2 puoli kylpyhuonetta ja ei petä! Tämä merenranta-kotiin kuuluu rannikon / eteläisen tyylin sisustus, ja se sijaitsee ainutlaatuisella paikalla aivan rannan tuntumassa. Jätä päivittäinen jauhaa taaksepäin ja nauti rantalomakohde! 4 Summer Place tarjoaa näkymät kuin mikään muu Folly Beachille! Sijaitsee Follyn itäpuolella, voit nauttia esteettömistä, panoraamanäkymistä merelle, Morris Light House -ravintolalle, Charlestonin satamaan ja Ravenelin sillalle!

Kotona voit nauttia merestä joka huoneessa! Tärkein oleskelutila sijaitsee 2. kerroksessa ja siinä on avoin pohjaratkaisu, jossa on täysin varustettu keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone. Kun merinäköala on jokaisesta näkökulmasta, sinä ja perheesi / ystäväsi voivat nauttia merestä aterioiden aikana, kun taas roikkuu sisäpuolella tai saat yhden askeleen lähemmäksi merta, voit astua Ranskan ovien läpi nauttimaan ympäröivän kannen ympäriltä! Vain hypätä keinutuolille ja aloita rentoutuminen!

Jokainen 4 ylimitoitettua makuuhuonetta on sisustettu kauniisti, jotta voit tuntea olosi kotoisaksi! Kaikissa huoneissa on merinäköala, joten voit vetäytyä hiljaiseen rentoutumiseen! (Ei pientä huonetta tähän kotiin!). Kolme neljästä makuuhuoneesta sijaitsee ensimmäisessä kerroksessa, jossa on täysi makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös king-vuode, ja sen vieressä on jack-n-jill-kylpyhuone, jossa on kaksinkertaiset nielut. Kolmas ylimitoitettu makuuhuone, jossa on queen-vuode ja kerrossänky. Kaikissa huoneissa on taulutelevisio, jossa on kaapeli- ja DVD-soitin. Tunnet olosi kotoisaksi, jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on vaatekaappi, pukeutuja ja runsaasti tilaa, jotta voit purkaa ja säilyttää matkatavarat.

Erittäin yksityinen master-sviitti sijaitsee 3. kerroksessa, ja siihen kuuluu queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on pesuallas. Master-sviitti tarjoaa parhaan mahdollisen rentoutumisen kannen askeleen päässä sängystäsi - täydellinen katsomassa auringonnousua.

4 Summer Place -hotellissa on runsaasti merenranta-kannet. Toisessa tai kolmannessa kerroksessa kannella voit nauttia aamukahvia tai iltapäivän cocktailin ulkona nauttimaan samalla rentoutuen keinutuolilla ja ottamalla merelle. Kattokannella on upea ominaisuus tässä kodissa! Katolla on aurinkoa nauttivat ilot päivällä ja mahtava paikka katsella auringonlaskua tai tähtiä katsellen illalla!

Se on yhä parempi… 4 Summer Place tarjoaa asiakkailleen myös yksityisen portaan / suoran pääsyn rannalle! Kun vuorovesi pääsee nauttimaan rannasta / aurinkoa rannan pihalta. Paljon sisä- ja ulkokäyttöön tarkoitettuja merenranta-näkymiä 4 Summer Place on hienoimmista rannoista.

Koti on täysin savuton eikä lemmikkieläinystävällinen. Vuokrataan vähintään 25 vuotta. Mitään tapahtumia tai juhlia ei sallita, jotka ylittävät kodin maksimimääräisen majoituksen. Pysäköinti on mahdollista vain talon alla. Pysäköinti ajotieltä ei ole sallittua, koska se on yhteinen ajotie naapureiden kanssa. Ota yhteyttä ja kysy neuvoa. Views everywhere!
The house is gorgeous and the views are amazing! It has two masters with amazing views. The house is well stocked with kitchen amenities and bath towels. The beach is so very close! It’s pretty shallow so great for kids and super warm in August. It’s a 20 year old house and you’ll see some normal wear and tear from the elements. We notified housekeeping as there was mold in the master bath as the fan wasn’t working; they were fantastic and sent someone immediately. Also, there is a public beach access right next to the property so there were more people than I expected, but certainly not crowded. My boys walked to the inlet by the lighthouse and fished every day. There are a few cute restaurants in town which is approx 3-3.5 miles away. We tried Rita’s which was amazing (try the nachos!).

November Beaching
The house was in great shape and had everything we needed. It was clean throughout. The views are spectacular, especially from the top deck. It seems like the highest point for miles and you can catch sunrises, sunsets, and lots of stars. It’s proximity to the beach made it easy for the kids to get there and enjoy it. They are building a new house immediately adjacent to the east that may make things different depending upon how high they build. We had a great time!

We just returned from 5 days at 4 Summer Place with our family of 7 adults and a two year old. The house was everything it advertised. I loved the layout with the bedrooms on separate floors. Alot of stairs but i believe that enhanced the experience as there is an ocean view from "every" window in this house. We visited off season and Folly Beach was very quiet. the house is at the end of the beach so very private and the views were amazing. To sit on the 2nd floor deck and watch the sun rise and set was beautiful!! We also spotted a few dolphins playing in the afternoon sun. Our plan was to cook in, which we did all but one night and the kitchen was adequately stocked with pans, utensils etc. After a quick inventory we ran into Publix for our groceries. Downtown Folly Beach and the Pier are not particularly walkable from 4 Summer Place but a must see. Fun beach shops, bars and restaurants- we would love to come back and i think we will plan it again in the off-season.

Great stay!!
Loved how we could walk to the Morris island lighthouse by beach or street. Loved the rooms and decorations. Very cozy. The only think I would change is it says stocked kitchen. The last Vrbo I stayed in that said that had stocked condiments, some snacks and drinks, trash bags and such. Even some things in the bathroom such as shampoo and such. Laundry detergent. There wasn’t even salt and pepper. We literally had driven all day and had nothing. Wish there was access to some of the beach toys also. I left a baby pool so hopefully it will come in handy for someone else. Beautiful home and would totally stay again! Very convenient and steps from ocean.

4 Summer Place House review
We absolutely loved the house. Best views on Folly. We only wished there were better chairs--the rocking seemed more for mountain cabin than beach. And would have loved chairs on the rooftop--sincerely the most beautiful views. We did have problems with the freezer/ice maker. We also felt the outdoor shower wasn't as functional as it just fills up with sand. We felt like maybe an outdoor hose would have worked better and maybe we wouldn't have tracked in so much sand (we had to vacuum a couple of times). And would it be possible to use the elevator? We have lined up the house again for next year and are very excited about it but we have 2 elderly people with us and that would be a huge help when loading in and out (if the owner would consider that). Thank you so much for a lovely beach experience! We love Folly!

Total relaxation.
This place has it all. The ocean comes within feet of the house at High Tide. Being the last house on the beach, you get plenty of privacy. Not crowded like the places further South, near town. The upper floor being the Master Suite was perfect with the other bedrooms on the lower floor.
