Rentoudu kahden makuuhuoneen ja kahden kylpyhuoneen kanssa täysin kalustetussa ensimmäisen kerroksen karjatilahuoneistossa Fontanan lomakohteessa. Lopullinen yksikkömme huoneisto sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kauniista Genevejärvestä ja The Abbey Resort and Spa -hotellista. Rentoudu mukavasti-viihtyisässä ilmapiirissä olivat “Mikä tapahtuu järvellä, pysyy järven rannalla”.

• Keurig-kahvinkeitin on varmasti helpompi herätä noina aamuisin
• Keittiön keskellä sijaitseva saari on täydellinen viihdyttäväksi tai napataksesi nopeasti puremaa 3 ulosteesta, jotta se olisi helppoa
• Keittiöpöytä sijaitsee aurinkoisella rotundan alueella ja mahtuu täydellisesti 8 henkilöä

• Keittiön vieressä on tilava alue rentoutua, lukea ja katsella suosikkielokuvasi taulutelevisiossa
• Sohva / kuningatar vuodesohva, tuolit ja ottomaanit tekevät rentoutumisesta helppoa
• cocktailpöytä sisältää pelejä ja kortteja sateisiin päiviin
• Saatavana on myös DVD-soitin, kaapeli ja WI-FI-yhteys
Laivan kansi
• Tilavasti katettu kansi sijaitsee suoraan keittiön vieressä
• Ympäröivä alue on eristäytynyt, kannelta on näkymät rauhalliselle joelle, joka virtaa Abbeyn satamaan
• Kannessa on graniittipöytä, johon mahtuu 8 henkilöä, ja rakkausistuin keinu rentoutumiseen

Perfect location on the quiet side of Lake Geneva! Park the car and leave it! Walk to the pool, beach, bars, restaurants and marina! Condo is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need to prepare meals if staying in and snacks for day trips. Very nice grocery in Walworth that has everything you need or forgot to bring.

Great Property
We had a great stay! This property is in a cute neighborhood with very close access to a pool which was perfect for the kids. We loved the back porch which looks out to a pond and is quiet and peaceful. Very clean and well kept home! We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and relaxing, and yet close to the many Fontana and Lake Geneva activities
We had a great family vacation. We enjoyed grilling and eating on the deck while watching the ducks and birds in the creek. We swam in the condo association’s heated pool, walked to nearby coffee and ice cream places, walked along the path that goes around the lake, swam in the lake, bought fresh corn and vegetables from a nearby farmer’s market, and went on a boat ride. There are many restaurants, bars, shops, and a marina nearby. Bill’s condo is a great place to stay to enjoy Fontana and Lake Geneva.

We arrived at the unit and were able to checkin conveniently without any problems. The condo is well stocked with linens, cookware, dishes, and pillows. We enjoyed a lovely covered porch that looks over a pretty creek equipped with a grill . I had 5 teenagers with me and they enjoyed time at the pool which was beautiful with plenty of seating. We had a couple of questions and the owner was available immediately. Overall a 10 out of 10 !!!

The condo was wonderfully laid out for our family vacation (4 adults/2 kids). Pool is located across the street, marina is within walking distance & the beach/restaurants are a short drive away. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions or needs that came up during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway at the lake!

Our stay in Bill’s townhome was PERFECT~~just what our family needed!! My husband, his caregiver & myself spent the week while family & friends came for the day here & there~~his place is beautiful clean spacious & in a great location!! We had everything we needed💕. Instructions for TV, check in/check out, etc were easily understood thanks to the binder of info. Communication was great too!! The back deck overlooking a little river is amazing~even in the rain. And the colors were gorgeous this time of year!!! Cannot wait to rent again in the summer & bring our girls☀️Thank you Bill for EVERYTHING~~hopefully we left your home as was & in great condition~~~c u again soon! Kristin & Joe

Great Holiday Weekend
Very clean, warm inviting home with a huge deck in the back that overlooks the creek. Such a wonderful relaxing place to enjoy the weekend with your family! Every morning you could hear the birds chirping & the sounds of the leaf's blowing in the wind. If wanted entertainment & restaurants, Lake Geneva has it all! This is a 5 star home that I would definitely return to again and again!

We stayed at this condo for a quick 3 day trip to Lake Geneva. The condo was clean and as listed. The location was close to the beach and Abby resort and walkable. Everything we needed for family of 5.

Perfect family get away
We loved our stay here. The condo was spacious and clean and they provided all the amenities you need. I loved having my morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the deck located right off a stream where you could see birds and deer. The pool was lovely and clean and loved access to the Fontana Beach. Just an all around lovely trip and didn’t want to leave.

This property and location was absolutely amazing. The decor of the house was beautiful, the house is spotless and well equipped with all amenities. We had such a wonderful time here and we will be back!
