Lake House Retreat askeleen päässä Genevejärvestä ~ Abbey Springs Resort!

Tämä koti on kaikki sijainnista! Se on yhteisön toinen koti vain muutaman askeleen päässä klubitalosta, ravintoloista ja järven rannalta. Loma-asumisesta ei saa parempaa kuin tämä! Neljän makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyhuoneen täysi kylpyamme ja den, joka istuu golfkentän 18. väylällä. Yli 3000 neliöjalkaa (enemmän tilaa alemmalla tasolla) on tilaa kaikille kerätä tai levittää.

Muita kodin ominaisuuksia ovat kaksi takkaa, iso kannella Weber-kaasugrilli, iso autotalli, kellarissa on yhdistelmä biljardipöytä ja pingispöytä. Kodissa on kaksi uunia / AC kaavoitettua lämmitystä / jäähdytystä varten. Esteetön esteettömyys: Yksi askel oven edessä. Pääkerroksessa on densi, jossa on ulosvedettävä kuningatar vuodesohva. Ensimmäisen kerroksen kylpyammeessa on kylpyamme / suihku-yhdistelmä.

Abbey Springsissä on kaksi uima-allasta (sisä- ja ulkotiloissa), palkittu luonnonkaunis golfkenttä, kolme ravintolaa, kuntokeskus, racquetball, tennis, Bocce-pallo, lentopallo, koripallo ja yksityinen ranta pääsy järvelle.

Vuokrahinta sisältää Abbey Springs -yhdistykselle maksettavat maksut kaikista heidän virkistysmahdollisuuksistaan (paitsi golf, jolla on erillinen vihreä maksu).

Koti sijaitsee 1. 5 mailin päässä Fontanan keskustasta ja 8. 5 mailin päässä Genevenjärven keskustasta. Fontanassa voit vuokrata pikaveneen tai ponttonin, purjelautailla tai hengailla Chuck's Lakeshore Innin ja Gordy's Bar & Grillin laiturilla. Genevenjärven keskusta (15-20 minuuttia) tarjoaa upeita ravintoloita ja putiikkeja. Siellä on myös julkinen järvi-rantapolku, johon pääsee Abbey Springsin yksityiseltä rannalta nauttimaan kauniista koteista ja näkymistä järvelle.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Geneva Lake. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkailleen esimerkiksi sisäuima-altaan, kuntosalin ja porealtaan. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Extended family get away
What a great place for a family get away. We had 10 in the group and there were plenty of spaces to enjoy. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Fully equipped kitchen. Close to both beach and pool. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would stay again.

Great home in the perfect location
This rental was fantastic! The owner was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay with any questions we had. The home was larger than I expected from the pictures. There was room to spare even with our group of 8. There was easy access to the Lake Geneva area and this location had plenty of amenities! Will definitely book again in the future for the Lake Geneva area!

The owner does a great job communicating. The papers are laminated with expectations. The owner does not expect the guests to do the cleaning, as many do. Overall, Abbey Springs is very nice, and we recommend it for families or groups.

Guys golf trip to Lake Geneva for a 3rd straight year. House was good size for 8 of us. Conveniently located near the Abbey Springs Resort amenities. House was clean and had all the necessary supplies for our 3 night stay. Nothing fancy, but decor fits in with the Wisconsin lake vibe. We would stay there again. Karl was easy to work with.

The Perfect Getaway!
We spent an amazing 4 days at this lovely property! The house is spacious but still cozy and easily accommodated 4 adults, an energetic 6 year old and 2 dogs, with room to spare. The big kitchen was the perfect location for our fun group meals and games with a cozy counter/breakfast bar and large dining areas. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable, the living room was great for relaxing and hanging out. We had a blast playing ping pong and pool in the basement and we made full use of the Abby Springs clubhouse- great bar and restaurant and huge indoor pool and hot tub! We had everything we needed for a fantastic long weekend in a place as clean as any hotel but with the comfort of home! Our visit in late winter/early spring led to a lot of FUN indoor time (due to rain/snow), I can only imagine how great the summer months are during boating and beach season! We will definitely be back to find out!!

Beautiful Home
It was a girl's weekend and a dream weekend it was. There were only 3 of us so the house, of course, was like a castle to us. It was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped (except for a chef). Every room had its own character. It would be a great house for a family reunion. There are so many areas everyone can hang out in, all really nice. It was too cool for us to use the summer room but it was nice how we could look at how pretty it was from the family room. The owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with throughout the weekend and even after. We lost a set of keys and they went out of the way to make sure the house was checked for them. Check in was super easy! There is a guard house that you need to drive through and they are very thorough in making sure who can go thru. That made us (3 senior women) feel very secure. We wouldn't hesitate in renting this house again.

What a fabulous home! My girlfriends and I reunioned there over a weekend, enjoying all the ample hanging and sleeping spaces and proximity/access to pool, beach, South Shore path and more. It was truly a perfect accommodation, with great communication with the owner. Highly recommend for a big group (just wish you more sunshine than we had!).

Beautiful Home
We had a great stay here recently. Our group of 8 ranged from young kids to grandma and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room to spread out. A few of the rooms have had their furniture updated to more modern styles since the listing photos were taken and the master bedroom now has a king size bed. Between the huge eat in kitchen, screen porch, finished basement (the kids loved playing ping pong), and two living rooms, we were all able to find a quiet place to relax or meet in small or large groups with no trouble. The house was well maintained and we appreciated the owner labeling things he anticipated guests wanting to know - closets with extra bedding, beach towels, etc. The house is nicely decorated, but in a way that didn't require the parents to run around and frantically move a bunch of fragile knickknacks out of kid range. The kitchen is well stocked if you're planning to cook during your stay. The area is beautiful, we enjoyed the woodsy vibes and we spotted deer, a variety of interesting birds, frogs, and fish on our stay. The beach is sandy but a little rocky (water shoes recommended) but a great size and depth for kids, and the walk from the house was short. We didn't make it to the clubhouse pools or restaurants but everything we did see was well maintained and staff were friendly. The owner was helpful and responsive when we had questions.
