We stand firm with our commitment for your health, safety and comfort so you can fully enjoy your stay with us. Likewise, the use of masks is requered in the shared areas of the property. Keep in mind that your safety is our priority!

Come for more than just the beach! The perfect home base for nature outings, historic home tours, boat rides fast and slow, and the huge variety of restaurants in Fort Lauderdale! Totally renovated efficiency with small yard sleeps 4 (King bed + double sleeper sofa), 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen. FREE brand new pool steps away, 1 parking spot, if you would need more space, contact to the owner. 10 min drive to the beach, restaurants in walking distance, short drive to historic homes, museums, nature preserves and outdoor activities like boat tours.

About Your Space:
Our apartment complex has several small buildings in traditional Florida style, all completely renovated spring 2019. This efficiency apartment is located in a single story building, so no need to worry about stairs or upstairs neighbors! The pool is steps from the front door, and the apartment has a small private yard. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and sleeping spaces include a King bed and a double sleeper sofa. A full bathroom, luxurious linens and thoughtful decor round out the perfect home base for a South Florida vacation filled with nature, culture and beautiful surroundings.

Your Availability:
“I’m a hands-on host in terms of being there for my guests when needed, but you can come and go without us ever meeting! (After booking, you’ll receive an unlock code for the Smart Lock and welcome instructions.) My co-hosts help me make sure my guests have everything they need. I love hosting, and hope you’ll take good care of my apartment. Should any problems arise, I hope you’ll let me know so I can take care of it promptly.”

Your Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is fantastic for convenience - with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and museums within walking distance, and much more just a short drive, it’s hard to find a more centrally located vacation spot in Fort Lauderdale.

Getting Around:
It’s helpful to have a car in Fort Lauderdale, but not necessary. It’s a 5-20 minute drive to almost everything you’ll want to see and do in the area. If you’re using Uber, it’s a little under $10 to the beach. It’s roughly a 20 minute drive to the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, and 45 minutes to an hour to Miami International Airport.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Holiday Park. A water park is available. The apartment includes amenities such as a private pool and a kitchen.

Great Place to Stay for Spring Break
Excellent experience, the studio is a great price for the location and pool. Easy to get around and close to restaurants and grocery store. It appears a few of the previous guests may have damaged the sink in the bathroom and table in the kitchen, but didn’t impact our visit. Totally understand there is no opportunity during the busy season to fix the normal wear and tear. The host was very active to make sure our stay was going well, very much appreciated. The trip was very memorable.

Good location. Directions getting to the property were a little difficult, gps kept taking me down roads that were blocked off. I would suggest a full length mirror. Other than that it was a quiet area with lots of things to do nearby

Overall Amazing Experience
The place is very clean which made our stay enjoyable. The only issue we came across was the lack of cleaning supplies available. We were only in town for a week so we didn’t want to have to buy sponges, soap, and sprays to clean the apartment through the week. The house only came with hand soap for the kitchen and small complimentary toiletries for the bathroom. Other than that small hiccup everything was wonderful. Anytime we had a question or problem, I would reach out and they quickly responded back addressing the matter!
