100 ++ VIISI TÄSTÄ "UUTTA"! KAIKKI KONSERTEIT JA VERKOSTOISET TAPAHTUMAT VÄHEMMÄN kuin 10 MILTÄ AINA. Tämä kiinteistö sijaitsee 10 km: n päässä The Hard Rock Resort & Casinosta, Dania Casinosta, Calderista, Hard Rock -stadionilta, Browardin esittävän taiteen keskuksesta, paikallisesta musiikista, taidenäyttelyistä, jotka ovat kaikki iso osa Etelä-Floridan sosiaalista näyttämöä. Kaikki suuret yliopistot sijaitsevat 2 mailin päässä puutarhakodistamme täällä Daviessa. Meillä on Nova Southeastern University, Broward College, FIU, FAU. Ihanteellinen siirtämään opiskelijasi sisään tai ulos, vierailemaan tai valmistumaan yliopiston opiskelijoista. Kaikki Fort Lauderdale ja Hollywood rannat 20 minuutin päässä talomme (viihde päivällä tai yöllä). Vaikka kuuluisat Miamin rannat ja Miamin satama ovat noin 40 minuutin päässä. Siirryttäessäsi tunnet olosi heti kotoisaksi tilavalla avoimella konseptilla, ilman keskellä, kaikilla laattoilla, olohuoneella ja täydellisellä keittiöllä kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Nauti suuresta 40 tuuman älykäs TV: stä, kaapelista ja Wi-Fi: stä. Takapihalla voit käyttää lämmitettyä suolaisen veden uima-allasta, uima-altaan kannella, porealtaalla, 16 x 16 avoimella baarilla 40 tuuman Smart TV: llä / äänipalkilla. Yöpyessäsi uima-altaan äärellä yöllä, voit käyttää kaasu- tai hiiligrillejämme keittää pihvejä, hampurilaisia tai tuoreita meren antimia venelaiturilta suoraan korttelin vierestä. Joka päivä voit nauttia "trooppisen saaren" tunteesta tässä puutarhakodissa.

Master makuuhuoneessa on mukava queen-vuode, täysin varustettu kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on näkymät puutarhaan ja mukava queen-vuode. Erillinen täysi kylpyamme.

Davie on hiljainen hevonenkaupunki lepää Fort Lauderdale ja Miami. Sillä on länsimainen tunnelma koko pääkadun alueella, avoimet viheralueet, lukuisat puistot ja yli 165 mailia polkujärjestelmää.

Vain 20 minuuttia itään on kauniita Atlantin rannikon rantoja. Vietä päivä kävelemällä rantatiellä, ajamalla polkupyöriä, kävelemällä pitkiä hiekkarantoja. Meillä on alueella monia kirkkoja ja synagogeja (ei kävelymatkan päässä). Kävelymatkan päässä on 24 tunnin ravintola, Bergeron Rodeo Arena, antiikkiliikkeitä, Battenin mansikkatila (luomumarkkinat) ja paljon muuta .......

Davie sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla suurten pääväylien, kuten Turnpike, I-595, I-75, ja on muutaman minuutin matkan päässä Ft. Lauderdale / Hollywoodin kansainvälinen lentokenttä ja Port Everglades (risteilyt).

Great stay close to the Hard Rock

Came to Davie for a concert at the Hard Rock Hotel. The house is well appointed, very clean and hosts were friendly and welcoming. Traveled with my wife, baby and our two dogs. We would stay here again when in the area.

A great place to stay!

My husband and another couple stayed here while we checked out the Everglades. This place was so convenient to everything we wanted to do and many good restaurants. The owners were very friendly and very willing to help with any questions.This place had everything you could possibly need while here. The yard was very beautiful and peaceful.. The pool was very comfortable to be in and offered privacy.If we return to the area in the future, I would not stay anywhere else. We all highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely wonderful stay!

Beautiful property. The owners take pride in this place and it shows. Sitting out in the gardens, watching the butterflies, looking for lizards and my friend Bert the Iguana, it was just want we needed. Perfect spot for my family to unwind and have as a “home base”. I recently attended the Eras Tour in Miami and rented a property for my sister and friends. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They provided a link for transportation options to the stadium and even offered to drive us if we encountered any issues getting there.

Family vacation

My husband, children, & I stay at the house & loved it! Everything was at the house you would need. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the creatures we found (iguanas and lizards lol.) Jim was super welcoming and informative when we arrived and we felt right at home. 10/10 would recommend and come back!

Perfect stay for me and my two kids

James was so responsive and the property was impeccably clean and great to crash at the end of a boisterous day with my kids. I cannot think of a single issue we had with the house the entire time we were there, and my kids were thrilled from the first moment we arrived. Full size washer and dryer were an extra plus for us since it was hot out, and the kids were swimming every day, so we did quite a bit of laundry while we were there. We will definitely be staying again!

We planned the trip to move our son into NSU. The location was perfect for stores and also fun! The place was very clean and comfortable. It was very relaxing! Great tropical backyard oasis!!

This house is welcoming and very clean, with like new living room furniture. Backyard is very well cared for, with a pool, hot tub, bar, TV, and music make it very relaxing. We had an awesome time and would go back there if we are in Fort Lauderdale again. Owners are on site in their own duplex which is nice in case you need anything! Kids (ages 11 and 12) said it was a 10 plus plus plus vacation!! It was nice they left a bowl of snacks, bottled water, bag of ice and coffee which Is so helpful after traveling all day. The only change that would be nice is a king bed in one of the bedrooms. That’s a personal choice.

Graduation Stay

Great location for the family to relax and enjoy the graduation ceremony. Unfortunately, poor weather impacted our stay but everyone had a great stay and the property owners were super responsive... even sending an iron overnight!

Lauderdale Home Away From Home

The home was clean, well equipped and located in safe environment. We arrived and were immediately impressed with the interior. Once we walked the exterior of the property, we were even more impressed. The pool, deck and bar area were used every day of our stay. The landscaping and lawn care was second to none. It really felt like getaway to the tropics. Definitely one of our favorite vacations thus far!

Great Property with Comfy Beds!

My trip to Florida was to visit my daughter who attends Nova Southeastern University. We did not spend as much time at the house as we thought we would just due to our schedule. The location was great and the beds were very comfortable. We visited in December and I loved that the house had holiday decorations up both inside and out! The furnishings were very nice and the little touches like a snack basket, bottled water in the refrigerator and even travel size toothpaste and mouthwash if we had forgotten ours. The home was in a convenient area and we felt safe in the neighborhood (I only mention that because my daughter said some neighborhoods in Davie are not great). Unfortunately, we did not use the pool or hot tub only due to our busy schedule. However, we did venture into the backyard the first night just to check it out and it looked really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

beautiful and relaxing

The property was fabulous. The location suited our needs and we were very close to almost everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The backyard was beautiful and relaxing. The property managers were very kind, thoughtful and had great attention to detail. The only complaint I had was the marketing. I assumed we were in a house by ourselves. It wasn't until later that I realized it was actually a duplex/apartment arrangement and the owners live onsite. Because we were using it for a wedding headquarters and we were the parents of the bride and so many people were in from out of state (including us) my preference would have been a home to ourselves because of the hustle and bustle of many people. It turned out not to be an issue as the owners are fantastic. We would definitely re-book here and had that conversation on our way to to airport.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The grounds are filled with tropical plants and lovely flowers. Inside is very clean and comfortable. They provide linens, towels, blankets and all kitchen necessities. The pool is nice, it’s 4ft deep and is ideal for relaxing. Tiki bar is nice touch. It is well lit and secure. I throughly enjoyed my stay.
